In June 2018, Huang Zhengyu voluntarily signed up for military service. After passing the physical examination and political assessment, he was approved to join the army in September. During his service, he was afraid of hardship and fatigue, and did not accept the discipline of the army, refused to participate in normal training and exercise classes in the army, and evaded military service for various reasons. After repeated ideological work by his troops, the municipal recruitment leadership group, the Hongtu Township Armed Forces Department and their relatives, Huang Zhengyu still refused to serve in the military. On December 25 of the same year, Huang Zhengyu's conduct was confirmed as a refusal by his troops and removed him from the list. 2.
