"Everyone has a mountain in his heart."
At 5:40 am on May 22, 2017,
When the first beam of sunlight shines on the top of Mount Everest ,
Huang Chunyan inserted the five-star red flag on the top of the world,
She also became the first female athlete in Guizhou to climb Mount Everest.
This touch of redness, is the first time that Guizhou has officially formed a team to challenge the world's highest peak, and it also fills the gap in Guizhou Province's alpine adventure. "Two years ago, the five-star red flag flying on the top of Mount Everest was always the best picture in my heart." On September 24, in an interview with reporters, Huang Chunyan said.
Standing at the top of Mount Everest,
She said, "It feels like I'm back to my own home."
Mount Everest 8300 meters camp, Huang Chunyan and his teammates launched the five-star red flag
May 22, 2017.
A little white suddenly appeared on the horizon, and light shone out. Soon, the light became stronger and stronger, and it was even a little dazzling in a trance. In just a moment, the sun jumped out of the sea of clouds and projected the first beam of light on the top of the world - Mount Everest, and a spectacular and shocking golden top scene appeared. This moment is 5:40 am.
Huang Chunyan carefully took out the five-star red flag from her backpack, held both ends of the flag tightly with her hands, slowly unfolded towards the morning sun, leaving the first photo of her and the five-star red flag at the top of the world.
"It feels like I'm back to my own home." The moment he stood on the top of Mount Everest, Huang Chunyan was very proud.
The five-star red flag in his hand flew in the wind, Huang Chunyan became the first woman in Guizhou to climb the roof of the world!
html When he was 17 years old, he was determined to put the red flag on Mount Everest
For this moment, Huang Chunyan prepared for 17 years.
Huang Chunyan, who grew up in the mountains of Guizhou, is the youngest at home, with 3 brothers on it. At that time, when she was 7 years old, she would run and play on the mountain road with her brothers every day. Whenever she was in a hurry, she would always hear her father shouting from afar: "Be careful!"
But they were still running around the mountains, making noise.
However, the days of happiness came to an abrupt end in 1989. This is Huang Chunyan's lifelong pain and a hurdle that her parents cannot overcome. "That year, three brothers died one after another due to illness," said Huang Chunyan.
The departure of the brothers cast a shadow on this family. My parents often cried secretly in the middle of the night, and my father never mentioned anything related to his brothers since then. The parents have always been in sorrow, and Huang Chunyan has been puberty earlier than children of the same age.
Now Huang Chunyan not only did the big thing that made her parents proud, but was also called the mountaineering goddess!
In order to let parents get out of the shadow of sadness, the little Huang Chunyan decided to do something big when she grew up, and it must be a big thing that makes her parents proud.
Everything has cracks, that is where the light comes in. Once, Huang Chunyan accidentally saw an article - "Let the five-star red flag fly on the top of the world" .
"I have more awe of mountains than ordinary people." The 7-year-old girl's eyes lit up. Looking at the surrounding mountains, she made up her mind: to become a mountaineer, and I also want to put the five-star red flag on Everest .
To summit Mount Everest, she has prepared for 17 years
Since the age of 18, Huang Chunyan has gone through 17 years of training, climbing, rock climbing, marathons, and diving. She has gone deep into the Tibetan area more than a dozen times, and has traveled to countless peaks, setting many records, just to get closer and closer to her childhood dream of climbing Mount Everest.
In order to obtain the "qualification certificate" to climb Mount Everest, in 2016, Huang Chunyan launched a "challenge" to Manaslu Peak of Nepal . Manaslu Peak is located in the middle of the Himalayas and in Nepal. It has an altitude of 8,100 meters and is the eighth highest peak in the world.
During a journey of more than 7,000 meters above sea level, Huang Chunyan forgot to open the oxygen cylinder, was drowsy, and passed by death ; while walking on an ice wall with an altitude of 7,400 meters, she braved the cold wind and stepped on the ice. On one side was a cliff, but there was no protection for road ropes, ice picks, hiking poles, etc. "If you don't pay attention, you will fall down."
On Manaslu Peak, Huang Chunyan took a photo with the national flag again
Finally, after 25 days, Huang Chunyan and his teammates "taken" Manaslu Peak.
At the end of 2016, the General Administration of Sports of China issued a document to approve mountaineering enthusiasts to go to Mount Everest in 2017. Huang Chunyan became one of the 22 people and one of the three women.
In the application to fill out the "2017 Mount Everest (North Slope) - Guizhou Provincial Mountaineering Team", Huang Chunyan wrote: "Climbing Mount Everest is my childhood wish and my childhood dream. I have worked hard for 17 years to realize this dream. I have lost a lot, but I have gained more. I am willing to participate in the 2017 Mount Everest Mountaineering Team of Guizhou Province. While realizing my dream, I can bring glory to Guizhou Province! It is a very honor to be a Guizhou person. "
On April 4, 2017, Huang Chunyan arrived in Lhasa.
The oxygen on the mountain is only 30%, which is equivalent to seven or eight plastic bags put on the head, making people breathless. Because climbing Mount Everest is a very adventurous extreme sport, it requires sufficient experience and physical fitness reserves. If you are not strong enough and have insufficient body fat, you may stay on the mountain "forever".
In the first 10 days of Tibet, Huang Chunyan and his teammates continued to conduct simulated climbing training. On the 10th day, Huang Chunyan, who had basically adapted, "entered" the Everest Base Camp at an altitude of 5,200 meters.
Heart, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and you also have to carry a weight and move forward. During this period, Huang Chunyan was engaged in various ideological struggles, and she even thought of death. "This bumpy road to dreams is not only dangerous but also depressing, because every step you take may determine life and death." Huang Chunyan said.
At 1 a.m. on May 22, 2017, Huang Chunyan ushered in the last journey of Mount Everest climbing - 8,848 meters from an altitude of 8,300 meters.
When she was 8840 meters, she stopped and she was waiting for the dawn.
At around 5:40 am, the first ray of dawn pierced the darkness, and light followed.
At this time, Huang Chunyan took down the oxygen mask and put on a lipstick, allowing herself to reach the top of Mount Everest.
Proud,
Hiking will be addicted to climbing!
A few months after successfully climbing to the top of Mount Everest, Huang Chunyan set out again and completed the second stop of the global extreme 7+2 mountaineering plan on February 10, 2018 - the highest peak in Oceania Chaya . In August 2018, he completed the summit mission of , the highest peak in Africa, Kilimanjaro .
On February 10, 2018, Huang Chunyan successfully topped the highest peak in Oceania, Chaya Peak
The so-called "7+2" extreme plan is the ultimate goal of many climbing enthusiasts. Specifically, it refers to climbing the highest peak of seven continents and hiking to the North and South Pole poles.
"Whether it is on the top of Mount Everest or the top of Chaya Peak, only the flying five-star red flag can express the mood at that time." At present, Huang Chunyan has successfully reached the top of 25 peaks.
As long as you climb a peak, the national flag will be a must-have item for Huang Chunyan.
During the climbing of Manaslu Peak, Huang Chunyan checked her backpack every day. Even if the national flag was carefully sealed with a plastic bag, she was still worried that the national flag would be wrinkled and wet. These subtle movements were seen by Nepal's guide.
"I didn't expect that on October 1, after successfully climbing the Manaslu Peak in Nepal, I forgot to take out the national flag." Huang Chunyan said that it was estimated that the oxygen on the top of the 8,100-meter mountain was thin, which caused the brain's reaction to be "slow".
The Nepal guide who is not good at English, does not know how to say the words of the national flag, so he can only anxiously yell "photo, photo."
Huang Chunyan couldn't understand, so the guide walked towards Huang Chunyan slowly, opened his backpack and took out the bag containing the national flag.
"Every time I unfold the national flag, I feel very solemn and holy." Huang Chunyan said.
There are many stories related to the national flag...
"With the blessing of the national flag, I am as light as a swallow on the next journey, and I will finish the race easily."
March 2016. The scene of the Nagoya Women's Marathon in Japan. Huang Chunyan is a contestant.
"Dry (Come on)..." Along the way, Japanese citizens cheered the local players.
ran about 30 kilometers, and suddenly there was Chinese in the crowded crowd shouting "Huang Chunyan, come on!"
Huang Chunyan looked carefully and saw a group of people holding five-star red flags, waving to her.
Huang Chunyan ran towards the national flag.
"With the blessing of the national flag, I will be as light as a swallow on the next journey, and I will finish the race easily." said Huang Chunyan in .
Now, Huang Chunyan has finally fulfilled her childhood wish - to climb Mount Everest. "After parents found out, they were so excited that they couldn't sleep." Huang Chunyan said that when she returned to her hometown, her father took the initiative to mention the past of her brothers to her for the first time. "I think I have become the pride of my parents, and they should be relieved."
"Green water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains, and I respect the mountains and rivers of Guizhou." Huang Chunyan said that Guizhou's ecological environment is very good. She has walked through many cities in the world and often feels exhausted, but as soon as she returns to her hometown, she is very energetic. She feels that this is the vitality given by the mountains.
"Mount Everest is a symbol, a period of history. Just like home, I put my soul there." Huang Chunyan said that every time she climbed the mountain, she was very grateful to the mountain. It was the mountain that let us go down the mountain smoothly; it was the mountain that accepted us, so that we could get closer to it. This is the harmonious coexistence between man and nature, and this is ecological civilization.
