From January 1 to 3, discipline inspection and supervision agencies at all levels in Beijing, Zhejiang and Gansu Province exposed 34 typical cases of violations of the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations, and the party members and cadres involved were also punished accordingly. The most exposed problems in Beijing received the largest number of gifts and money

For example: Wang Yongqiang, head of the Emergency Comprehensive Section of the Emergency Management Bureau of Haidian District, illegally accepted gifts and money. From 2013 to 2018, Wang Yongqiang, then the former deputy captain of the Supervision Brigade of the Haidian District Safety Supervision Bureau and the head of the Law Enforcement Supervision Section, accepted shopping cards from management service objects many times, worth a total of 10,000 yuan. In October 2020, Wang Yongqiang was given a serious warning within the party and the money for violations was confiscated.

Zhejiang exposed 15 violations of the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations

According to Gansu Discipline Inspection and Supervision Network, on January 3, Gansu Province Wuwei City Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission exposed 6 cases of violations of the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations, and the 6 cadres involved were respectively given serious warnings within the party and warnings within the party.
