learned the methods of charity and had some clearer experiences. I have been doing charity for nearly ten years, and I have been doing it with an extremely enthusiastic and aimless attitude again and again. The change has been happening in the past two or three years. When you enter volunteer service, you feel like you have embarked on a road of no return. If you have something to do, you will never feel at ease! Put the charity group on the top, appreciate the joy of completing the activities, and often learn the learning links of the president's hair; charity has become a part of my life. I secretly learn from the experiences of brother teams across the country and browse synchronous measures from developed countries. I often have a deep understanding of them during the long learning and practice process. Despite this, after learning "The Methods of Public Welfare", the short articles really bring us templates for public welfare.

Charity is no longer an event; volunteers active on the front line have gradually lost their enthusiasm for charity activities as normal, and they need to ignite! The person in charge worked hard to complete an activity for the event for a few days, but the activity was not completely satisfactory, and behind more flowers was perfunctory. Losing what they think, gradually they no longer challenge them, they need ideas! The book

says, "What is the difficulty of public welfare? Is it funds? Is it talents? Is it policies? Is it cognitive? Our more important focus should be on our own work. Therefore, the difficulty of public welfare lies in how to find sustainable and effective solutions to social problems and bring practical changes to society." These are long-standing, deep-rooted and extremely difficult problems in society. This is neither overcome nor avoidable. We can only face the difficulties.

In the past, our association spent most of its time on work and spent less time designing, monitoring, evaluation, reflection, learning, etc. Most public welfare projects lacked thinking about why they initiated projects, what their goals are, and what their paths are. In recent years, because the leaders of the association have been persisting in learning for a long time, and learning is the basis for progress. Through the Jiujiu Charity and Volunteer Service Competition, the heads of various institutions and project leaders have been allowed to continue to learn and further study, allowing us to gradually understand how public welfare projects are initiated, designed and operated...

"The Methods of Charity" undoubtedly gives us the answer, just like a benchmark and a scale, allowing us to know the correct process from concept to execution to reflection. After knowing this process, I believe that our projects will run more appropriately and can better understand the shortcomings of our projects. I also believe that starting from this book, while we are running the project plan, we can correctly summarize and organize our projects as shown in the book. (Text Xu Yuan)
