Charity is no longer an event; volunteers active on the front line have gradually lost their enthusiasm for charity activities as normal, and they need to ignite! The person in charge worked hard to complete an activity for the event for a few days, but the activity was not completely satisfactory, and behind more flowers was perfunctory. Losing what they think, gradually they no longer challenge them, they need ideas! The book

In the past, our association spent most of its time on work and spent less time designing, monitoring, evaluation, reflection, learning, etc. Most public welfare projects lacked thinking about why they initiated projects, what their goals are, and what their paths are. In recent years, because the leaders of the association have been persisting in learning for a long time, and learning is the basis for progress.
