Mulan Avenue Phase III (Chengxiang Section) is about 7.6 kilometers long, with a road width of 50 to 60 meters. It is constructed in two-way 6 lanes with a designed speed of 60 kilometers per hour. The project starts from Pingban Village, Huating Town, and is connected to the first phase of Mulan Avenue under construction.
