In the vineyards of Feizhuo Winery, the time for the vine fruits of different ages to reach their ideal maturity may vary every year. For this reason, the winery will determine the grapes by testing and tasting them in the laboratory. The maturity of the vines determines the appropriate harvest time for different vines.
