According to the "Announcement of the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China" (No. 4) issued on June 1, 2022 and the "Implementation Measures for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination" and other related issues. The regulations are hereby announced on matters related to the 2022 National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination in our province.
-Registration conditions
(I) Those who meet the following conditions can register for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:
1. Has the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
2. Supports the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, enjoys the right to vote and the right to be elected;
3. Has good Political, professional quality and moral character;
4. Full civil capacity;
5. Has a full-time bachelor's degree in law in general higher education institutions and obtains a bachelor's degree or above, a full-time bachelor's degree in illegal colleges and obtains a law Master's degree, Master's degree in law or above, full-time undergraduate degree in illegal studies or above in general higher education institutions and obtained the corresponding degree and engaged in legal work for three years.
"Implementation Measures for the Implementation of National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination" has obtained academic qualifications (examination status) or obtained the corresponding academic qualifications before implementation, or graduated from illegal majors in higher education institutions with bachelor's degree or above, or graduated from illegal majors in higher education institutions with bachelor's degree or above. Students with professional legal knowledge can register for the national unified legal professional qualification examination.
Relaxation conditions can be relaxed to undergraduate graduation in colleges and universities. The application of the conditions for relaxing the registration of academic qualifications shall be subject to the household registration of the applicant when registering. That is, if the household registration is in the area where the registration is relaxed, the academic qualification conditions can be determined according to the relaxed policy.

2022 fresh undergraduate graduates of ordinary universities and military colleges who have completed their studies but have not yet obtained an academic degree certificate when registering for the 2022 National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination, and fresh graduates of graduates and continuing education (including online education, 2022 undergraduate graduates who have passed the scores of the self-study examination in adult education, open universities, etc.) and those who have passed the single subject of the higher education self-study examination and can obtain a graduation certificate within this year will meet Article 9 of the "Implementation Measures for the National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination" or If there are professional education conditions stipulated in Articles 22 and 23, you can register for the 2022 National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination.
Personnel with bachelor's degree or above in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or foreign universities, and their academic degree certificates have been certified by the Ministry of Education Study Abroad Service Center, they can register for the national unified legal professional qualification examination. Among them, in addition to those who apply to enjoy the relaxation of policies, those with bachelor's degree or above in law (law) or above in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, or foreign universities who have obtained academic qualifications after the implementation of the "Implementation Measures for the Implementation of National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination" will have an academic degree certificate passed by the Ministry of Education. After the study abroad service center is certified, you can register for the national unified legal professional qualification examination.
(II) Personnel who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to register for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:
1. Has been criminally punished for intentional crime;
2. Has been dismissed from public office or has been revoked for lawyer practice certificate or notary practice certificate ;
3. The legal professional qualification certificate was revoked;
4. The legal professional qualification certificate was given two The national unified legal professional qualification examination is not allowed to register for the national unified legal professional qualification examination within the year or is given lifelong registration is not allowed to participate in the national unified legal professional qualification examination (national judicial examination);
5. It is determined by relevant state units as a joint punishment for breach of trust due to serious breach of trust. The object is included in the national credit information sharing platform;
6. Those who are given a life-long prohibition for legal profession due to other circumstances.
If any person in any of the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph has completed the registration procedures, the registration will be invalid; if he has taken the exam, the examination results will be invalid.

(III) Those who retain valid results in the 2021 objective test. 2 Objective question test
(I) Registration method and time

(II) Registration materials

1. Valid resident ID card.

5. Electronic ID photo. Registerers shall provide photos of the front-facing electronic ID that meet the requirements of the prescribed format (413 pixels wide × 626 pixels high) within the past three months (both red, blue, and white backgrounds are acceptable). 6. Other materials required by judicial administrative agencies. Registerers shall fill in personal information truthfully and accurately, make real and effective commitments to the registration information, and be responsible for the authenticity of the substantive content of the submitted materials. When registering online for full-time undergraduate graduates of ordinary universities and military colleges and universities in 2023 and fresh graduates who apply with the same academic qualifications, they should sign the "Fresh Graduate Commitment Letter". Those who have passed all the grades of the self-study examination in higher education and who can obtain a graduation certificate within this year shall sign the "Commitment Letter of the Commitment for All the Study Results in Single Subject" when registering online. (III) Pay the examination fee and choose the place of registration
Our province's 2022 National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination implements online payment of the examination fee. According to the national unified legal professional qualification examination fee in Guizhou Province, the objective test fee is 122 yuan.After registering personnel log in to the system and enter the online payment process, they must complete the payment within 60 minutes of locking the camera. If the payment has not been paid for more than 60 minutes, the system will release the locked camera.
The objective test in our province in 2022 has 9 examination areas, namely Guiyang Examination District, Zunyi Examination District, Liupanshui Examination District, Anshun Examination District, Bijie Examination District, Tongren Examination District, Guidong South Examination District, Guinan Examination District, and Guixi South Examination District. Registerers can choose any of the examination areas as the registration place.
When selecting the registration examination area, if the prompt appears that the number of applicants in the examination area is full, please select other examination areas with less than the number of applicants in the province to register. The online payment deadline for the objective test is 18:00 on July 4th. After paying the examination fee for the objective test, the registration place shall not be changed.
Candidates can click on the relevant link based on the successful payment text message and receive non-tax electronic receipts. After the registration person pays the examination fee, if the registration is invalid due to failure to meet the registration requirements or personal reasons, the examination fee paid will not be refunded.

3 Subjective question test
(I) Registration and payment

According to the Guizhou Province national unified legal professional qualification examination fee fee charging standards, the subjective examination fee of 70 yuan must be paid through online payment when registering and confirming.
(II) Examination area test site set up

4 Application for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents
Chinese citizens and Taiwanese residents among the permanent residents of Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions who choose to register for the national unified legal professional qualification examination in our province shall handle the relevant procedures in accordance with the requirements of the announcement of our province. Registration matters should be taken at the examination site set up in our province. The specific registration time, registration method, registration process, examination center arrangement, admission ticket and examination score notice, etc. are the same as those registered in the mainland (mainland).
Residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan must truthfully fill in the following information and make a commitment when registering.
(I) Identity information

5 Legal Professional Qualification Review and Certification

6 Other matters
(I) Our province will issue an examination-oriented announcement in accordance with the relevant national and provincial epidemic prevention and control requirements before the objective and subjective questions test. For exam candidates who do not comply with relevant epidemic prevention and control regulations, they are not allowed to enter the test site to take the exam.
(II) Our province implements examination security management systems in each examination area, and sets up portrait comparison verification channels in the examination room. All examinees must take photos on-site and scan the second-generation ID card to verify their identity every time they enter the examination room to take the exam. , you can enter the examination room after passing the verification. The candidates who take the exam arrive at the test site one and a half hours in advance for identity verification, so as to avoid the system defaulting to the candidates who are missing due to failure to perform identity verification.
(III) The candidates take the exam with their admission ticket and valid resident ID card (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents with valid identities).
(IV) Examination candidates are not allowed to carry books, notes, newspapers, manuscript paper, communication tools, electronic supplies and other items into the examination room, otherwise they will be punished as violations of discipline.
(V) Examination candidates must consciously abide by the "National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination Rules" and other laws and regulations and examination disciplines, and effectively maintain fairness and justice in the examination. For candidates who violate examination discipline, they will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the "Regulations on Handling Disciplinary Violations in the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination" depending on the circumstances and consequences of violations of discipline and cheating; if violations of public security management are violated, they will be transferred to the public security organs for handling in accordance with the law; if a crime is constituted, it will be legal. (VI) If the applicant who meets the conditions cannot complete the online registration or print the admission ticket by himself due to reasons such as not meeting the conditions for online communication or being unable to operate by himself, he may go to the judicial administrative authority of the registration place within the prescribed time limit.
(7) Active-duty soldiers who meet the conditions shall apply for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination, and shall register online through the Ministry of Justice website, pay the examination fee, print the admission ticket, and go to the examination area set up by local judicial administrative agencies to take the examination. The Ministry of Justice, together with the Political and Legal Committee of the Central Military Commission, conducts unified verification of relevant information of active-duty soldiers. Other matters regarding active-duty soldiers' registration for examinations shall be handled in accordance with the relevant notices and requirements of the Ministry of Justice and the Political and Legal Committee of the Central Military Commission.
(8) The 2022 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination will not be announced and the questions and reference answers will be given. After the subjective test results are announced, if the candidates have any objections to the test scores, they may submit a written application for score verification to the judicial administrative authority of the registration place within 15 days from the date of the announcement of the test scores.
(9) Before the relevant regulations on the organization and implementation of the national unified legal professional qualification examination shall be applied.
(10) The "2022 National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination Outline" formulated and published by the Ministry of Justice can be used as the basis for preparing for the exam for the exam. The Ministry of Justice and local judicial administrative agencies do not hold pre-exam training classes, nor do they entrust any unit to conduct pre-exam training and tutoring for the 2022 National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination.
