In accordance with the "Implementation Measures for the National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination of National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination of " and other relevant regulations, the following announcement is hereby made on the 2022 National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination.
1. Registration conditions
(1) Those who meet the following conditions can register for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:

4. Has full civil capacity ;

Personnel with bachelor's degree or above in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or foreign universities, and their academic degree certificates have been certified by the Ministry of Education Study Abroad Service Center, they can register for the national unified legal professional qualification examination. (II) Personnel who have any of the following circumstances shall not register for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:
1. Has been criminally punished for intentional crime;
2. Has been dismissed from public office or has been revoked for lawyer practice, notary practice Certificate ;
3. Legal professional qualification certificate has been revoked;
4 .As given that the processing period for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination is not expired or that the processing period for life is not allowed to participate in the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination (National Judicial Examination);

6. Those who are given life-long prohibition for legal profession due to other circumstances.
If a person who has completed one of the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph has completed the registration procedures, the registration will be invalid; if he has taken the exam, the examination results will be invalid.

(III) Those who retain valid results in the 2021 objective test. (IV) Take the exam using Chinese or five ethnic minority languages. Registerers should choose to use Chinese test papers to take the exam, or they can choose to use Mongolian, Tibetan, Uyghur, Kazakh , and Korean five minority languages to take the exam. Examination candidates should use the same language and text test paper to take the objective and subjective test. If the examinations in some examination areas are postponed due to the epidemic and other situations, if the examination areas where ethnic minority language and writing test papers are set up, the examination papers need to be opened separately, and the examination papers of ethnic minority languages will no longer be provided separately. The candidates use Chinese test papers to participate in the examination, but five ethnic minorities can be used. Residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan can choose to use simplified Chinese or traditional Chinese characters to fill in their own information and answer questions.
2. Objective question test
(I) Registration method and time
2022 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination Objective question test implements online registration, and the registration time is from 0:00 on June 16 to 18:00 on June 30. 1. Valid resident ID card .

4. Those who apply to enjoy the relaxation of policies must have the local household registration requirements for relaxation of their academic qualifications. When registering online, you should upload electronic photos of the home page of the household registration book and your personal page.
5. Electronic ID photo. Registerers shall provide photos of the front-facing electronic ID that meet the requirements of the prescribed format (413 pixels wide × 626 pixels high) within the past three months (both red, blue, and white backgrounds are acceptable). This photo will be the only photo used for my admission ticket, examination score notice, legal professional qualification application form, and legal professional qualification certificate.
6. Other materials required by judicial administrative organs . Registerers shall fill in personal information truthfully and accurately, make real and effective commitments to the registration information, and be responsible for the authenticity of the substantive content of the submitted materials.When registering online for full-time undergraduate graduates of ordinary universities and military colleges and universities in 2023 and fresh graduates who apply with the same academic qualifications, they should sign the "Fresh Graduate Commitment Letter". Those who have passed all the grades of the self-study examination in higher education and who can obtain a graduation certificate within this year shall sign the "Commitment Letter of the Commitment for All the Study Results in Single Subject" when registering online. If the applicant for
fills in false information or defrauds the registration in other ways, the judicial administrative authority will handle it in accordance with the provisions of the "Measures for Handling Disciplinary Violations in the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination".
(III) Pay the examination fee and choose the registration place of

(V) Examination Time and method

(7) Pass score line
National unified legal professional qualification examination objective test implements national unified computer marking.

4. Application for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents
Chinese citizens and Taiwanese residents among the permanent residents of Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions can register for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination.
The Ministry of Justice set up examination areas in the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions to hold examinations. The specific work of the Hong Kong and Macao examination areas shall be undertaken by relevant institutions in the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions.
(I) Registration Information
Residents in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan must truthfully fill in the following information and make a commitment when registering.

2. Educational information. Residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who register with a degree certificate for higher education in mainland China (mainland) can directly fill in the relevant information; those who register with a degree certificate for higher education in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or foreign universities must obtain the degree certificate for higher education in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or abroad. (II) Registration method and payment

3. When registering online by Taiwanese residents living in Taiwan or abroad, they can choose to take the exam in the Shenzhen Examination District of Guangdong Province or Xiamen Examination District of Fujian Province.

5. Legal professional qualification review and certification

6. Other matters
(I) If the applicant who meets the conditions cannot complete the online registration or print the admission ticket by himself due to lack of network communication conditions or other reasons such as being unable to operate by himself, he may go to the judicial administrative authority of the registration place within the prescribed time limit. Process.
(II) Active-duty soldiers who meet the conditions shall apply for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination, and shall register online through the official website of the Ministry of Justice, pay the examination fee, print the admission ticket, and go to the examination area set up by local judicial administrative agencies to take the examination. The Ministry of Justice, together with the Political and Legal Committee of the Central Military Commission, conducts unified verification of relevant information of active-duty soldiers. Other matters regarding active-duty soldiers' registration for examinations shall be handled in accordance with the relevant notices and requirements of the Ministry of Justice and the Political and Legal Committee of the Central Military Commission.
(III) The 2022 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination will not be announced for the test questions and reference answers. After the subjective test results are announced, if the candidates have any objections to the test scores, they may submit a written application for score verification to the judicial administrative authority of the registration place within 15 days from the date of the announcement of the test scores.
(IV) Before the relevant regulations on the organization and implementation of the national unified legal professional qualification examination shall be applied, the relevant regulations on the original national judicial examination shall be applied.
(V) The "2022 National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination Outline" formulated and published by the Ministry of Justice can be used as the basis for preparing for the exam. The Ministry of Justice and local judicial administrative agencies do not hold pre-exam training classes, nor do they entrust any unit to conduct pre-exam training and tutoring for the 2022 National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination.
(VI) The candidates who take the exam shall abide by the regulations on the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia in the examination area and consciously cooperate with the prevention and control of the epidemic.
(7) The Ministry of Justice will make corresponding adjustments to the organization and implementation of the examination and issue relevant announcements based on the epidemic prevention and control situation. Examination candidates are requested to pay attention in a timely manner.
