The number of PP device maintenance increased significantly in June, with a total of 32 manufacturers and 37 production lines shut down for maintenance, involving a production capacity of approximately 7.7 million tons/year.
According to the calculations of the China Plastics editor, the resource loss caused by maintenance during the month was approximately 363,600 tons, an increase of 0.06% month-on-month (363,400 tons) and a year-on-year increase of 50.81% (241,100 tons). Judging from the table, the maintenance equipment left over from last month has basically been restarted this month. Due to many emergencies this month, many production lines were shut down unexpectedly. For example: Zhejiang Hongji Petrochemical was shut down for a week for maintenance of fire protection facilities; Maoming Petrochemical was shut down due to a fire caused by a leakage of oil tank pumps. The start-up time is to be determined; there was also a fire in the ethylene glycol unit area of the Shanghai Petrochemical Chemical Industry Department last weekend. All three production lines involved were in a shutdown state, and the restart time is unknown. In addition, the manufacturers with relatively long maintenance periods are Dalian West Tai , Luoyang Petrochemical , Qingyang Petrochemical , which are expected to be about one month.
