What is the arrangement of Jingyuetan Forest Marathon Track and Supply Station?
Changchun Jingyuetan Forest Marathon is a B-level event of the Chinese marathon, and the track has been certified by the China Track and Field Association. Unlike the urban road marathon, our event is a cross-country running that is closer to nature and more difficult. The entire track consists of three parts: mountain slopes, forest sand and soil greenways, and the Huantan Highway. The total climb is 750 meters. Among these three sections, the players need to pay attention to the running methods of forest sand greenways and mountain slopes.
Forest Sand Greenway : You will encounter solid or soft dirt roads (the ground is paved with pine needles), and it is not easy to master balanced gravel roads. At the same time, you should also pay attention to hidden pits, undulating grasslands, etc. After rainy days or rain, these originally dry roads will become slippery, especially when stepping on the grass. Be sure to pay attention to anti-slip.
Mountain slope : When going uphill, the forefoot first hits the ground, lean forward and let gravity help you move forward, reduce the stride and increase the stride frequency. The steeper the slope, the smaller the stride. If the slope is steep, you can use hiking or zigzag running instead (without interfering with other players' normal competitions). Keep your vision open when going downhill and carefully select the route of travel according to your safe footing point.
The full marathon track is 42.195km long, with a cumulative climb of 750m, with a steepest slope of 22 degrees, and consists of 16km Huantan Highway, 13km mountain slope, and 13km forest sand and soil greenway. There are 16 drinking water stations in total, 7 of which provide energy replenishment and 3 have first aid vehicles.

What are the competition rules that need special attention?
① Environmental protection rules: Jingyuetan Forest Marathon supports the initiative of Leave No Trace and will strictly implement this regulation. Trash can only be discarded in areas with clear signs and designated areas around the supply station. Participants who randomly discard bottles, paper cups, waste paper or other garbage outside these areas will be cancelled for the day's competition results.
② Supply station: The entire marathon has 16 supply stations, the half marathon has 9 supply stations, and the mini marathon has a supply station. Each will be equipped with first aid kits, water, drinks and other foods for minor injuries.
③ The storage area is set at the starting and ending point of Jingyue Goddess Square. Players can store personal items (do not store valuable items such as mobile phones, wallets, etc., and they will bear the responsibility for losing them). After the game, you can collect your storage bag with your competition number directory.
④ Bathroom. Simple toilets will also be set up every 5km of the track in the track. What is the closing time of the

In order to ensure the safety and smooth competition among participating athletes, the competition route has set up a closed time for the event. When the closing time comes, social traffic will be restored on the corresponding sections. Outside the specified closing time, contestants who have not finished the corresponding distance must immediately stop the competition and exit the track to avoid danger. Athletes who exit the competition can take a rescue vehicle provided by the organizing committee to the finish line. For those who do not listen to dissuasion or withdraw from the track at that time, the organizing committee will disqualify the contestant from participating in the next competition, and after the closing time, the organizing committee will no longer be responsible for the safety of participants.
Is there a commemorative medal in the competition? Are there any post-match supplies?
Every player can receive an exquisite finishing medal at the finish line after finishing the game. At the same time, all contestants can go to the collection site of the corresponding group finishing bag to receive the corresponding supplies and 1 Yili ice cream.

1. Friends who take a plane to participate in the competition: You can choose the following method to arrive at the competition office
① Take the airport bus (25 yuan, 40 minutes) to the Convention and Exhibition Center Station, and take the Light Rail Line 3 ( Changying Century City direction) (2 yuan, 15 minutes) to arrive at Jingyue Park Station.
② Take the intercity high-speed rail at the airport: Longjia Airport -- Changchun Railway Station , the second-class ticket price is 8.5 yuan, and you can reach Changchun Railway Station in 15 minutes. Then take Light Rail Line 3 in the South Square of the railway station, about 45 minutes to arrive at Jingyuetan Park Station, the ticket price is 4 yuan. Or take bus No. 160 in the South Square of the railway station and arrive at Jingyuetan Park Station in about 60 minutes, the ticket price is 2 yuan.
③ Take a taxi. It is about 38 kilometers to reach Jingyue Lake, which is less than 100 yuan.

There are two railway stations in Changchun, Changchun Station and Changchun West Station . There are fewer trains parked at the West Station, usually high-speed rail, and the transportation next to the West Station is not very convenient. The fastest way to get to Jingyuetan from Changchun Railway Station is: take Light Rail Line 4 at the underground transportation hub of Changchun Station North Square, only satellite road station, transfer to Light Rail Line 3 within the station, and arrive at Jingyuetan Competition Office after 9 stations.
3. Friends who drive here, it is recommended that you leave the expressway at Jingyuekou and then drive 6 kilometers southeast to reach the competition office. Navigation with mobile phone map is more accurate.
