Former member of Japan's Johnny Group "KAT-TUN" Tanaka Sei was arrested by the police yesterday (29) on suspicion of threatening and extorting money from a female acquaintance. However, he was previously arrested for third-degree drug possession and was sentenced to probation in June. He was arrested again for stimulant possession nine days apart. He was arrested three times in 2022 alone, and he looked even more sinister when he was transferred.

According to comprehensive Japanese media reports, the Kyoto Prefectural Police stated that Tanaka Sei did not receive payment for his music performance in June 2021, so he demanded 100,000 yen from the woman in her 30s who introduced him to the performance. The woman was frightened and remitted 10,000 yen. He summoned the woman and said, "Give me 100,000, pay it off quickly," and "How much do you despise people, you bastard?"

Tanaka Sei was arrested for the fourth time in June for possession of stimulants. After the court heard the case on the 29th, he was again transferred to the Fushimi Police Station in Kyoto for threatening to take money. He lowered his head the whole time while being escorted by the police, and his green hooded jacket covered his head, but he was still caught with a fierce expression in his eyes.
