Master Dong is the chartered coach of the 10-person tour group of Xu, the confirmed case reported in Wuzhong City. As of 9 a.m. on October 21, a total of 3 confirmed cases of new coronavirus pneumonia have been reported in Wuzhong City, Ningxia. According to official reports, these three confirmed cases all came from this tour group. Part of the reason for the timely handling of these three confirmed cases was that Master Dong "insisted" that they do nucleic acid tests in advance before leaving the province.
It is reported that on October 18, Wuzhong Municipal People's Hospital discovered a positive nucleic acid test case, a person named Xu, during daily new coronavirus nucleic acid testing work. According to the report, at 17:10 on October 18 (a group of 10 people with confirmed cases) took a chartered car (Ning AE6865) to the nucleic acid testing clinic of Wuzhong Municipal People's Hospital and lined up to take samples.

From the 12th to the 18th, they took a chartered bus to Ningxia Shuidonggou , Sand Lake , Helan Mountain Rock Painting , Han Meilin Art Museum, Populus euphratica forest in Ejina Banner, Inner Mongolia, Badain Jaran Desert , Highway 66 in Zhongwei City, Ningxia, and Yellow River Waterwheel Villa Scenic Area for sightseeing. This also includes dining at the Tongnange home-cooked restaurant.
Why did the tour group take a "chartered bus" to go for nucleic acid testing?
On the morning of the 18th, Yinchuan City reported the discovery of an exceptional person who returned from the province and was positive for silver nucleic acid. According to Master Dong’s recollection, the tour group of 10 people had dinner at Tongnan Pavilion in Ejina Banner at noon on the 15th. "Although I did not dine with them, I just took them from the hotel to the restaurant. But when I learned that there were confirmed cases in Ejina Banner, in a responsible manner, I took the initiative to talk to everyone about the matter and suggested that all members of the tour group should get a nucleic acid test before taking transportation to leave the province." Master Dong said.
After that, a pedestrian named Xu took Master Dong’s chartered car at 17:10 on October 18 and queued up to take samples at the nucleic acid testing clinic of Wuzhong Municipal People’s Hospital. At 22:50, the nucleic acid test result of Municipal People’s Hospital was positive . A re-examination by the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention showed positive, and he was immediately transferred to the Fourth People’s Hospital of the Autonomous Region.
It is conceivable that if Master Dong had not proactively suggested that the tour group take a nucleic acid test before leaving the province, then Xu and his companions might have set off from Wuzhong by train on the morning of October 19, passing through many provinces, and finally arrived at Huzhou, Zhejiang. Or, the number of close contacts and secondary close contacts of confirmed cases will increase a lot.
