The counterfeit wine was transported to another rented house and packaged as "high-end liquor." After fixing the evidence, Qingjiangpu police immediately organized police forces to arrest the suspect Lu, and seized more than 100 boxes of counterfeit wine of multiple brands in the rental house he rented. After the price department on-site nuclear price determined that the total market value of these counterfeit wines was more than 150,000 yuan. After interrogation, the suspect Lu was found. From January to September 2021, he rented a house in a village in Huangma Town as a counterfeiting base, and made a total of more than 200,000 yuan in profits. At present, the suspect Lu has been transferred by the Qingjiangpu police to the Procuratorate for prosecution in accordance with the law on suspicion of selling goods with counterfeit registered trademarks.
