It is reported that except for the last two companies in each bid section, they are all supplier companies; the supply capacity of the winning bidder in each bid section needs to be determined by the owner through negotiation, and there is no unified standard. The details are as follows:

Judging from the shortlisted companies, the lowest quotation this time is 1.783 yuan/W for 166 single-sided modules, and the highest is 1.967 yuan/W for N-type modules, and the lowest price of N-type modules is not less than 1.9 yuan/W, which reflects the current price situation of N-type modules. It is worth noting that this quotation includes separate quotations for single-sided and double-sided modules, as well as freight, insurance, etc. It is an item with relatively clear quotations in recent times.

In addition, according to the core project bidding announcement, the project bidding scope includes (but is not limited to) photovoltaic component product body, transportation and supply to the project site and insurance (the transportation fee is marked with the unit price), special tools, spare parts, guidance on installation of component equipment, cooperation with system debugging and acceptance, training and other related services. The project’s centralized procurement framework is valid until February 28, 2023.

At the same time, the procurement of silicon wafers and will become increasingly difficult. The price increase of battery cell and manufacturers has been suppressed.
