After verification, 38 people were unfortunately killed (including 2 people who had previously lost contact) . At present, the aftermath of the victims and the comfort of family members are in progress in an orderly manner. At 16:22 on November 21, the Anyang City Fire Rescue Detachment of Henan Province received a report from the public that a fire broke out in Kaixinda Trading Co., Ltd., Pingyuan Road, Baoliansi Town, Wenfeng District (High-tech Zone) Anyang City.
After receiving the alarm, the Municipal Fire Rescue Detachment immediately dispatched forces to the scene to deal with the matter. The joint logistics and linkage units such as public security, emergency, municipal, and power supply rushed to the scene to carry out emergency response and rescue work. At around 20 o'clock, the fire on site was basically controlled; at around 23 o'clock, the open fire on site had been completely extinguished.
According to preliminary verification, as of 6:10 on the 22nd, the accident had caused 36 deaths, 2 people to be lost, and 2 were slightly injured and sent to the hospital for treatment, without any life-threatening.
