正月初七民间最大的习俗便是人日节，这个节日据说已经有两千多年的历史，女娲娘娘在创造了六畜之后，便在第7天，创造了人类，所以人们非常重视初七这一天，这一天也有很多习俗。

1、吃七宝
因为春节期间，人们都是大鱼大肉，当这些荤菜吃多了之后，容易产生积食，给肠胃带来负担，所以广东和南方一带的老百姓，会用“芥菜、芥兰、韭菜、春菜、芹菜、蒜、厚瓣菜”等七种蔬菜，来制作七宝菜，正月初七吃七宝。 It is said that these vegetables can drive away evil spirits and cure all diseases.

2、吃面条

3、戴人胜：
人日节时，汉族女子用彩纸、丝帛、软金银等材料制成小人的形状，戴于头上，也贴于屏风等处。
4、捞鱼生
南方人喜欢吃米线，一般是将鱼肉、蔬菜、酱料都食材搅拌放在一起，大家一起喊着口号，“捞啊，捞啊”等字样，寓意新的一年步步高升的意思。
