


In order to strengthen the publicity and education of the rule of law for the whole people and promote the spirit of the Constitution, on December 3, the Guangxi Longbang Entry and Exit Border Inspection Station, in conjunction with the Jingxi Municipal Justice Bureau, Jingxi Volunteer Association and other departments, went deep into Longbang Town, Jingxi City to carry out the "Constitution Propaganda Day" theme legal publicity activities.



This activity, based on the actual situation of local epidemic prevention and control work, the site carried out legal publicity around the topic of "Deeply publicizing and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and commemorating the 40th anniversary of the promulgation and implementation of the current Constitution". The police carried out activities through various forms such as setting up propaganda stations, distributing publicity materials, hanging banners, and preaching constitutional knowledge to the people in the resident, so that the broad masses of border people understand the Constitution, master the Constitution, and consciously abide by the Constitution. The police also actively went deep into enterprises, shops and villages to publicize constitutional knowledge and entry and exit laws and regulations, accepted consultations on policies and regulations, collected hot and focused issues of concern to the border people, opened up channels for information collection and feedback, and responded to the concerns of the general public in a timely manner in accordance with the law. During the event, the police also came to the national gate of Longbang Port on the Sino-Vietnam border, took the constitutional oath to the national flag, and signed their names on the banner with the words "Study the Constitution, Promote the Constitution, and abide by the Constitution" and made a solemn promise.




For this legal publicity campaign, the police at the station distributed more than 500 constitutional publicity materials, more than 200 books of various legal books and convenience manuals to the masses. They explained border laws and regulations, entry and exit, and secretly crossing the country's border to the masses, and received more than 20 consultations from the masses, further enhancing the masses' awareness of the rule of law and security concepts.
