At present, responding to climate change and promoting sustainable development has become a universal consensus and urgent task in the world. At present, Midea is fully building a "industrial Internet + green" factory, and green production solutions are of far-reaching significance to the transformation of green manufacturing . Mide uses digital technology to transform and upgrade the energy efficiency management of nearly 30 factories, making it transparent, visual and controllable in all production links, achieving a 15% reduction in the production power of a single unit, which is equivalent to saving 21,000 kWh of electricity per day. At the same time, Midea built its own FEMS energy management system, Latong the group's production system APS, manufacturing execution system MES, and equipment management system EAM. Through the data acquisition of the SCADA Industrial Intelligent Platform, it accurately calculates and analyzes the single energy consumption of each product on each production line, and produces more high-quality products with the lowest energy consumption emissions.
In addition, Midea Group continues to promote the use of clean energy. Currently, more than 20 factories and R&D and innovation centers have built photovoltaic power generation projects. The installed capacity has been completed and the installed capacity of more than 160MW, and the installed capacity of the distributed photovoltaic project under construction exceeds 80MW.
