That game was a very strange event, I must admit that I don’t remember it very clearly
The weirdness of it is that there are not many top teams participating at all. Most of them are low-level teams and some Brazilian local teams.
Some players from Europe also participated in the competition, and they all became celebrities on the field, Overpow, Celaver, Xaxus, Tabzz, Creaton, Kubon, Czaru. You can see a lot of Polish players, and in fact, there are two Polish teams participating in Anexis and MYM.
Unfortunately, no Brazilian team can qualify from the group stage. The promotions were 3 European teams and 1 Korean team.
Here, Incredible Miracle from South Korea swept the knockout stage without any loss and won the game. Interestingly, none of the players on this IM team has become the most famous player today. The only thing that left a little impression on me was Lilac, but even so, he was a pretty inconspicuous player.
IEM Season 7 World Championship (March 2013)
Champion——CJ Entus Blaze!
IEM Season 7 World Championship was held in Hannover, Germany. Many top teams from Europe and South Korea participated in the competition, and even PaiN from Brazil came.
This is another super event after Gambit Gaming defeated South Korea in the last big event. Two Azubu teams also attended again, although they are now known as CJ Entus Blaze and Frost.
Gambit Gaming remained unbeaten during this group stage, advancing with Millenium and CJ Entus Blaze of Group A.
in Group B, SK Telecom T1 (the mid laner was Reapered-Faker has not yet appeared), CJ Entus Frost and Anexis Esports advanced.
Shockingly, the old CLG.EU team (now called EG) did not advance from the group, nor did South Korea's Incredible Miracle.

013 Asian Indoor Martial Arts Games (June-July 2013)
Champion - KT Rolster Bullets!
Another pretty unknown event, obviously only Asian teams participated. Each team has one region to participate. KT Rolster in Korea, WE of LPL, Taipei Snipers of LMS and Saigon Jokers of SEA.
South Korea and China swept the game and met in the final, KT:B won by a slight advantage of 2-1 and successfully promoted the competition area culture, that is, South Korea is stronger than China.

013League of Legends Global Finals (September-October 2013)

Due to the rapid growth of LCS and other competition areas, we have not participated in any international competitions for a long time. In addition to the Asian Games, this is the first truly international event in the past six months.
S3 World Championship is obviously a very memorable and beloved competition. This is the first time we have really seen Faker and Uzi perform on the international stage.
This is indeed the beginning of the era of Faker's rule, and in this game, a large number of mid-lane assassins further demonstrated this. This is indeed a paradise for mid laners.
In this form, some teams skipped the group stage. NA's C9, South Korea's Najin Black Sword, Royal Family and LMS's Gamania Bears (Orange Bear).

IEM Season 8 Singapore Station (November 2013)
Champion - Invictus Gaming!
This is another event exclusive to Asia, I must admit that I don’t remember it very clearly. It is divided into professional competitions and amateur competitions.
IG won the championship by defeating CJ Entus Frost in the final. South Korea and China once again lead the teams in other Asian divisions.
Interestingly: This is the first large-scale event of the DFM team in LJL Division. They only participated in amateur events and did not pass the first stage.
IEM Season 8 Cologne Amateur Competition (November 2013)
Champion - Gambit Gaming
Gambit Gaming won another match in Cologne. This time, teams from the north and Europe participated, as well as some teams from small competition areas.
Wild card teams from TR and CIS were eliminated in the first round, and in the following game, NA and EU faced off in two semi-finals.
Gambit beat C9, while FNC beat CLG.
In the final, Gambit beat FNC 2-0 and ended the entire game without losing a inning.
013 Atlantic Battle (December 2013)
Champion - North American Division
This is a very unique event, Riot was held to strengthen the confrontation between NA and EU. Many teams from NA and EU participated in this game to demonstrate their strength in the competition.
This game is quite controversial because although EU won more games than North America, it still lost in points.
EU team won 6-4, while NA team won 4-6.
The reason is that in terms of points, high seed teams are the most important.
Sadly, LemonDogs sold all their starters before the game, and they were counted as second seeds as they reached the final in the 2013 Summer Tournament. However, since the team has 5 new players (and not very good players), they lost to TSM 0-2.
In other matches Alliance (old CLG.EU) beat Dignitas, Alternate beat CLG, Gambit beat XDG, and C9 beat Fnatic.
Overall, NA won the game with the rules in place, but it was quite a bad thing at the time. An interesting but chaotic event, I'm just a normal game, and the team can play for their reputation rather than the prestige of the division, which can also avoid these weird rules.
