After instant reading, it feels fresh. Then, I searched the Ming and Qing Dynasties and their modern Huairou history, and then checked the selection of inscriptions and some personal works by the district and county cultural and historical departments. It turned out that there was only one entry in the Kangxi Huairou County Chronicle: "The Sanguan Temple is located in the east of the county seat." There are no records in other books.

This information sent by Mr. Gao is a rubbing of the memorial stele erected during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty or the reconstruction of the "Sanguan Temple". The inscription is not long, so I will record it here for everyone to read the sentences.

In the 37th year of Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty (1772), the abbot monk Dawu rebuilt the temple, and Yang Zhongxuan, the magistrate at the time, and Shen Chengye wrote an article for the newly built Sanguan Temple, erected stones and erected monuments. Therefore, when Yin Qian took office, in order to "respecte the temple and worship", the magistrate of Yin summoned the gentry of Huairou County to discuss the reconstruction of the Sanguan Temple on the original site. All the gentry in all counties were very supportive, donated money enthusiastically, and worked hard to complete the construction in less than half a year.
2. The cultural point of the inscription
At first glance, this inscription has little cultural significance. Perhaps because it seems meaningless, this stele is like the rebuilt City God Temple stele in the Xianfeng period of Tong, a few years ago, and let it be destroyed. Fortunately, the rubbings of the "Sanguan Temple Stele" have been preserved.
(1) The so-called Sanguan Temple is a temple that houses and worships the Three Guan Emperors. The three officials are the heavenly officials, the earthly officials, and the water officials . It belongs to the earlier gods offered sacrifices to the Taoist system. Taoist scriptures interpretation is called: Heavenly officials give blessings, earthly officials forgive sins, and water officials relieve disasters. (2) According to the inscription, from the establishment of Huairou county to the end of the Qing Dynasty, the Sanguan Temple was built, built or destroyed, and then built again, which of course has something to do with the geographical location of Huairou County. The Sanguan Temple worships the "natural god", not the "social god" like Guan Sheng. Moreover, for the past two thousand years, most Chinese people have respected "pragmatism" and respected God. Anyone who wants to have a year of harvest, safe people and animals, prosperous children, or encounters malignant natural disasters, will pray to the God of Nature.

The past Huaru was located at the foot of Yanshan Mountain.From Gongzhuangzi in the east (now belongs to Miyun ) to Ganjianyu in the west; Yaji Mountain and East-West Canal in the southeast; Wangjiayu in the southwest and other places are almost all surrounded by mountains and rivers. In spring, drought and autumn are slump, and drought and flood are frequent. Therefore, the magistrates who respect the heaven, respect the earth, and worship water are willing to do it for most people and herdsmen. But not all county magistrates attach importance to it.
Usually, the Sanguan Temple or the Sanguan Hall in various places all use the fifteenth day of the first lunar month, the fifteenth day of the seventh day of the seventh month, and the fifteenth day of the lunar month, which is the "three-year day". On the same day, the county office ritual officials will prepare for a sacrificial ceremony at the Sanguan Temple according to the rules and rituals.
(3) Huairou County builds the Sanguan Temple to respect the heaven and the earth and is in harmony with the name of "Huairou" County.
is well known to everyone. Huairou's name comes from Book of Songs "Zhou Song·The Qing Temple·Shimai": "Shimai, Haotian His son, actually the right order, there is Zhou. No words shake it, all of them shake it. Huairou's gods, He Qiaoyue, and Wang Wei..."
The original meaning of "Huirou" is to comfort all gods, foreign races, and remote tribes in order to live in harmony and integrate with each other. In the later dynasties, the new rulers, without exception, used the policy of "being gentle with the world" to seal mountains, worship rivers, and decree subjects and foreign vassals. Therefore, in terms of humanities, Huairou's name has a deep cultural connection with the natural god "Three Officials Emperor".
(4) The characters in the inscription
The Huairou County Magistrate Yang Zhongxuan, Shen Chengye, Yin Qian and others who appear in the inscription may not have been entered into the 1990th Huairou County Chronicle like the famous Huairou County Magistrate Ming Sheng. Therefore, when you continue to compile Huairou District Annals, as a continuous material, you should add the chapter of "Officials".
In addition, Cao Jingbin, the local sage in the preface for renovating the Three Officials Monument, is also worthy of attention from people in Huairou culture. As a literati of Huairou during the Tongguang period of the Qing Dynasty, Cao Jingbin once wrote a very good article "The Inscription of the Monument of Cheng Jie Min Gong". Most of the literature and history of towns such as Qiaozi, Jiuduhe, and Bohai, west of Huairou City, are hidden in the literature and history of Changping Prefecture in the past. The recent information that Mr. Gao Jianjun circulated is proof. The suggestion is just a suggestion. In the future, Huairou and the cultural departments or persons of the relevant townships need the cultural and historical details of the region in the publicity and tourism agency. When citing relevant cultural and historical materials, in addition to using the existing text materials in the county and town, they also need to refer to the relevant historical materials of the neighboring district and town.
