Aiya (Zhang Aiya) sent off her favorite mother in August this year. She has not yet left the grief of losing her mother and fills her days without a mother with work, so that she temporarily forgets her longing for the time being and misses her hard after work. Aiya accepted an exclusive interview with "ETtoday". As soon as she arrived, she greeted her warmly and danced into Zumba with the live music. She happily said that she had obtained Zumba's international license. Although she was a beginner, she hoped to continue to move forward. She planned to start classes in the future so that the mother in heaven could see her efforts.

Aiya has lost more than 7 kilograms during this period and revealed that she is still adjusting. She sleeps for about 3 hours a day. She has not had too many acne before and suddenly has multiple acne on her forehead. She smiled and said, "My mother has been very nice to me, just give me some acne." Aiya said that her dance cells are inherited from her parents. She has tried a variety of dance styles and has been in contact with Zumba for nearly 4 years. She said that at the beginning, Zumba's movements will use simple dance plus physical fitness, and can train the heart and lungs with a lot of exercise, which is very easy to get started.

Before Aiya worked in Beijing as Zumba. After returning to Taiwan last year, she went to the sports center to dance 4 classes every week. In order to set short-distance goals, she applied for certification courses in April this year and also successfully obtained a certificate. "After the certification course, there is a basic teaching permit. Our job is to perform. Zumba and any dance are enjoying the stage, complementing each other, so we set this goal in October last year." If we have the opportunity to start a class, Aiya will start to poison her friends. The first thing to do is to find Yinfu with "dance physical disorders". The process may be difficult but it is very fulfilling.

Aiya has always reported good news but not bad news. She revealed that after her mother passed away, she was worried about affecting the atmosphere of friends' gatherings and refused many invitations. "I think friends should share joy when they are together. Although they have to go through the low period, they are always covered with dark clouds. I don't want to bring sadness to others. I am mostly in a daze outside of work. I have to eat and eat well."
After more than two months of lows, Aiya resumed work retaliatedly, and was at most 4 sessions a day. She resigned from her work to cry and gradually knew "how to get along with others." Aiya said, "I contact many people every day. I can't cry when I meet everyone, and keep my thoughts in my heart." Single, she temporarily puts her feelings aside, saying that her top priority is to adjust herself to the best state and make everyone feel at ease.
