The second largest PCB factory in mainland China, Jianding, set a record high in July with 4.826 billion yuan. Jianding's revenue in the high-gross profit automobile board has remained stable and upward since the beginning of this year, and it has stood firmly at 20%. It is estimated that the annual automobile board revenue will officially cross the 10 billion yuan mark.
Jianding PCB application terminals are mainly memory modules, hard drives, laptops, optoelectronic boards, mobile phones and servers, automotive boards, etc. Currently, among all PCB factories in mainland China, the production value is second only to Zhending (4958-TW).
Jianding's revenue in the second quarter was 12.742 billion yuan. According to internal statistics from Jianding, the revenue of automobile boards in the second quarter accounted for 20.7%, ranking the highest revenue of various categories of products, followed by handheld device boards 17.2%, optoelectronic boards 15.7%, server boards 16%, memory module boards also accounted for 11.6%, and laptop boards and hard disk boards each accounted for about 6%.
The legal person estimates that Jianding's annual revenue will grow to more than 50 billion yuan in 2018. Based on the proportion of automobile boards accounting for 20%, the annual revenue of automobile boards will exceed the 10 billion yuan mark.
Jianding’s net profit after tax in the second quarter was 1.001 billion yuan, a quarterly increase of 22.5%, and an annual decrease of 3.94%; the net profit after tax in the first half of the year was 1.826 billion yuan, a yearly decrease of 6%, and the pure profit per share was 3.47 yuan.
Under the influence of the depreciation of the RMB, 90% of Jianding's orders are mainly denominated in US dollars, but 50% of the cost is paid in RMB. Therefore, based on Jianding's revenue of 14 billion yuan in the third quarter, the legal person's estimated gross profit margin is expected to reach more than 17.5%.
In the first half of the financial report of the PCB factory of Jianding, the pure profit per share was second only to Bozhi 's 4.97 yuan.
If investors are optimistic about their future market and are interested in participating in the layout at a relatively low cost through subscription warrants, they can choose targets with a maturity of more than 90 days, a circulating ratio of less than 80%, and a price of 15% inside and outside.
