Next week, the financial market will usher in a non-agricultural prosperity again. As the Federal Reserve's expectation of interest rate hikes is increasing, this non-agricultural economy seems particularly eye-catching. Credit Suisse made an outlook on February non-farm employment on Friday (February 27).
Credit Suisse said, "We expect the U.S. job market to cool down after a continuous strong growth."
The bank expects non-farm employment to increase by 220,000 in February, which is far lower than the average of 336,000 in the past three months and also below the market's median market expectations of 243,000.
However, the bank emphasized that "non-farm employment is around 200,000 yuan, which is still enough to satisfy the Federal Reserve. They will continue the policy trajectory of interest rate hikes in early 2015, of course, the premise is that inflation expectations will not deteriorate further."
At the same time, Credit Suisse expects the U.S. unemployment rate in February will fall to 5.6%, and wages will increase by 0.2%, continuing the previous good momentum.
