March 3, Xu Dongge, director of the County and Township Guidance Department of the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, Ding Hongqing, deputy director of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, and other leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department went to Taoyuan Town, Chang'an District to investigate and guide the reform of townships and streets. Yan Juntang, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Director of the Organization Department, and Liu Xinwei, director of the District Organization Department, accompanied the investigation.
Research team first visited the Taipinghe Urban Area Exhibition Center project site for observation, and listened to the introduction of the district development and reform bureau and project unit responsible personnel of Chang'an District's river support development work and project progress.
Then, they visited five small places including Taoyuan Town’s comprehensive administrative service center, comprehensive administrative law enforcement team, comprehensive command and information network platform, activity room, library, etc., and learned in detail about the staffing situation and business handling situation of the institution.
Finally held a symposium, and listened to the report on the progress of township reform work by Comrade Sun Feng, Secretary of the Party Committee of Taoyuan Town, on the progress of township reform work, and had a discussion with the main leaders of the Party and government of Taoyuan Town and the heads of internal institutions on the implementation of functions and responsibilities in the township management system, optimizing the allocation of organizational and staffing resources, improving the working mechanism, and resource guarantees of all parties. Director Xu fully affirmed the positive achievements made by Taoyuan Town in township reform work, and conducted in-depth discussions on further strengthening and improving township organizational and staffing management work, how to build a large-scale party building governance pattern, and put forward opinions and suggestions.
