According to the third quarter performance report of 2020 released by Sanyuan Shares , during the reporting period, Sanyuan Shares achieved revenue of 5.42 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 13.73%; and achieved net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies of -46.4678 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 122.67%.
In terms of revenue scale, it is not easy for Sanyuan Shares as a regional dairy company to develop to second only to Mengniu Dairy (02319.HK) and Yili Shares (600887.SH), but in terms of net profit, Sanyuan Shares is overly dependent on subsidies from the government.
From 2015 to 2019, Sanyuan Shares achieved net profits of 113 million, 116 million, 76 million, 180 million and 134 million, respectively, while the profit and loss subsidies received by the government during the same period were 26 million yuan, 129 million yuan, 31 million yuan, 63 million yuan and 115 million yuan, respectively.
