Fujian adjusts the minimum wage standard!
will come into effect on April 1, 2022!

A few days ago, with the approval of the provincial government and the approval of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Fujian Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security issued the "Notice on the Announcement of the Minimum Wage Standards in Our Province" (Fujian Human Resources and Social Security Culture [2021] No. 148), deciding to adjust the minimum wage standards in all parts of the province from April 1, 2022. After the adjustment, four monthly minimum wage standards in our province will be retained, namely 2,030 yuan, 1,960 yuan, 1,810 yuan and 1,660 yuan, with an average of 1,865 yuan. Among them: there are 6 districts in the first level, 24 counties (cities, districts) in the second level, 31 counties (cities, districts) in the third level, and 22 counties in the fourth level. Compared with the current standards, the average average increase of each level is 14.59%, with an average annual increase of 6.24%. The minimum wage standard for part-time employment is also set up in four corresponding levels, namely 21 yuan, 20.5 yuan, 19 yuan and 17.5 yuan. Compared with before the adjustment, the average average increase of each level of the monthly minimum wage standard was 14.59%, with an average annual increase of 6.24%.
1.What is the minimum wage standard?
minimum wage standard refers to the minimum labor remuneration that an employer should pay in accordance with the law under the premise that the employee provides normal labor during the statutory working hours or within the working hours agreed in the labor contract signed in accordance with the law. The so-called normal labor refers to labor that a worker engages in during the statutory working hours or working hours agreed in the labor contract according to the labor contract according to the law. 2. Scope of application of minimum wage standard?
minimum wage standard regulations apply to enterprises within the administrative region of this province, private non-enterprise units, individual industrial and commercial households with employees and workers who form labor relations with them. State organs, public institutions, social groups and workers who establish labor contract relations with them shall be implemented in accordance with them.
minimum wage standard generally takes two forms: monthly minimum wage standard and hourly minimum wage standard. The monthly minimum wage standard applies to full-time workers, and hourly minimum wage standard applies to part-time workers.
3. What income does not include the minimum wage?
First, extend working hours wages; second, workers' allowances under special working environments and conditions such as middle shifts, night shifts, high temperatures, low temperatures, underground, toxic and harmful; third, workers' welfare benefits stipulated by laws, regulations and state.
4. Does the minimum wage standard include social insurance and other items?
The monthly minimum wage standard in our province includes the personal payment part of social insurance and housing provident fund, and the minimum wage standard for part-time employment hours includes the social insurance unit and individual payment part.
