Buhe had a special liking for literary and artistic career throughout his life.
After the battle of liberation in Inner Mongolia started in 1946, Buhe organized a literary and artistic propaganda team to perform on the front line, and later established the Inner Mongolia Art Troupe. When the founding of New China in 1949, the Inner Mongolia Art Troupe participated in the art performance of the founding ceremony.
In the 1950s, Buhe, who worked in the Cultural Bureau of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, launched the "Ulan Muqi" in Inner Mongolia.

Buch's father Ulanfu was born in December 1906.

When Ulanfu was young, he went to the Soviet Union to study and was a classmate of Deng Xiaoping. In 1928, when Zhou Enlai came to Moscow to attend the Sixth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, he talked with Ulanfu and encouraged him to study hard, bring his revolutionary experience back to Inner Mongolia, and serve China's liberation.
In June 1929, with the approval of Qu Qiubai, the representative of the Communist Party of China to the Communist International, Ulanfu returned to Inner Mongolia to carry out revolutionary activities. In 1936, Ulanfu organized the "Bailing Temple riot", which was known as "the first anti-Japanese shot in the valuable grassland". Subsequently, he followed Mao Zedong's instructions to continue to lead the Inner Mongolia anti-Japanese struggle.
