4. There are forgery, alteration, buying and selling, fictitious, fraud, impersonation of resident household registration book, resident ID card, passport, driver's license and purchase, and use of forged resident household registration book, resident ID card, passport, driver's license and other state agency documents;
5. Those who belong to the person with bad credit records pushed by the national credit information sharing and exchange platform.
"Green Channel" service scope
Anyone who urgently needs to use an ID card due to college entrance examination, military participation, competition, urgently need to apply for bank loans, housing provident fund, , social security, house purchase, etc., after verifying that the public is in urgent need of licenses, they will provide "green channel" services. For such certificate making information, county-level public security organs will review, issue, and random inspection on the same day, and the Provincial Public Security Department will give priority to dispatching and certificate making.
