1. It is planned to draw 700 to 730 large-capacity buses in the main urban area for operational lines, of which there are no less than 20 temporary dedicated lines, and no less than 10 customized vehicles (see the attached table for details).

Temporary dedicated lines and customized vehicles must be equipped with emergency vehicles at 50% of the operating vehicles, and parked in the surrounding sites of Dianchi Convention and Exhibition Center, such as: Dianchi Convention and Exhibition Center Plot No. 1, Peninsula Car Park, Haitang Park, Qianxing Road Bus Hub Station, Century City, New Luoshuiwan Bus Hub Station, etc.
(III) Operation scheduling
Referring to the past business and negotiation passenger flow, the peak of passenger flow is mainly concentrated between 8:00-10:00 in the morning and 16:30-18:00 in the evening. In order to ensure the timely evacuation of passengers, Kunming Bus will organize front-line cadres and employees to conduct on-site dispatch at the main passenger flow distribution points, and organize dispatch and departure in a timely manner according to passenger flow needs, so as to achieve "many passengers and fewer passengers and fewer passengers and fewer passengers and fewer vehicles." (II) When the inner ring capacity cannot meet the evacuation requirements of passengers in the exhibition center, emergency reserve vehicles from adjacent sites will be promptly drawn to Dianchi Exhibition No. 1, the ring road in the exhibition hall and the roads outside the exhibition hall (such as Huizhan East Road, Huizhan West Road, Wujiaba Road, Huanhu East Road and other sections) to participate in the emergency evacuation.
