This mother of three devotes her time to the "mermaid". She swims in the sea all year round and performs 6 hours of high-intensity aerobic training every week. Now, she can hold her breath under the water for up to 4 minutes. "I found that my lung capacity was very large, and I dived 15 meters deep in the first dive." Now she can dive to a depth of 20 meters.
Emma's love for the sea began when she was a child. When she was a child, she would play on the beach for several hours and use the sand to make a mermaid's tail. "I've been a swimming enthusiast since I was a child and loves legends about mermaids," said Emma. After a dive with a friend, Emma decided to receive professional training to ensure safety in the water. Now, Emma has become a teacher in the Ocean Mermaid course, teaching swimmers how to deal with wind and waves and buoyancy, as well as maintaining balance. Emma also went to Mexico to do underwater modeling and gave speeches to police and firefighters, telling them how to relieve stress and anxiety through ocean work.
