1. Domestic key weather
(1) Typhoon "Nasha" affects South China Sea northern and Hainan Island
Typhoon 20th this year has been here today The sky (19th) weakened from a typhoon level to a strong tropical storm level. At 5 o'clock in the morning, its center is located on the central and western sea surface of the South China Sea, about 110 kilometers northwest of Sansha City (Yongxing Island in Xisha), Hainan Province, which is about 110 kilometers northward, which is 17.3 north latitude and 111.4 degrees east longitude. The maximum wind force near the center is 10 level (28 meters/second), the minimum center pressure is 982 hPa, the radius of the seventh-level wind ring is 200-350 kilometers, and the radius of the tenth-level wind ring is 100-140 kilometers.
It is expected that "Nasha" will move westward at a speed of 15-20 kilometers per hour, and its intensity will gradually weaken. It will pass through the southern sea surface of Hainan Island during the day and will weaken and dissipate on the southern sea surface of Beibu Gulf on the 20th (see Figure 1). From 08:00 on the 19th to 08:00 on the 20th, affected by the "Nasha" and cold air, there will still be strong winds of 7-9 in the south of the East China Sea, , the ocean east of Taiwan, Bashi Strait , the northern and central and western South China Sea and near the Xisha Islands, Beibu Gulf, Qiongzhou Strait , as well as the southeast coast of Zhejiang, Fujian, Taiwan Island, Guangdong coast, Guangxi coast, Hainan Island and coastal areas. Among them, the wind speed in the nearby waters passing by the center of "Nasha" can reach level 10 and gusts of 11-12. From 08:00 on the 19th to 08:00 on the 20th, there will be heavy to heavy rainstorms in most parts of Hainan Island, including heavy rainstorms in the southeast of Hainan Island (100-110 mm).

In addition, there will be moderate to heavy snow or sleet in Alaska , northern Canada, Baffin Island , Great Lakes and other places, and local blizzards or heavy blizzards.
(2) Continuous high temperatures in northern Australia and other places
In the next three days, there will be 35-37℃ high temperatures in some areas of northern Australia, North Africa and southern West Africa, southern East Africa, central and northern South Africa, and northern Brazil. The maximum local daily temperature exceeds 40℃.

1-10-08:00 to 08:00 on October 19th to 08:00 on the 20th, there will be light to moderate snow or sleet in some areas along the Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang, the mountainous areas in western southern Xinjiang, central and northern Tibet, eastern and central Qinghai, and central and southern Qinghai. Among them, there will be heavy to blizzards (10-12 mm) in some areas in southern Qinghai. There will be moderate to heavy rain in Hainan Island, Leizhou Peninsula, southern Guangxi and other places. Among them, there will be heavy rain or heavy rain in some areas in the eastern and southern Hainan Island (100-110 mm) (see Figure 2).

There will be moderate to heavy rain in some areas in southern Guangxi, Hainan Island, Leizhou Peninsula and other places, and local heavy rain (50~80 mm) (see Figure 4).
