As the world's largest coffee producer, Brazil is quite legendary in the coffee industry. So, what are the characteristics of coffee-Brazil's fine coffee?

1. Coffee production areas
Brazilian coffee is about one-third of the world's annual output, and 7 states have the largest output, accounting for 98% of the total national output. These seven continents include São Paulo (Mogiana, Centro-Oeste), Parana (Norte Pionerio do Paraná), Bahia (Planaltoda Bahia, Cerrado da Bahia, Atlantico Baiano), san espirito (Montanhas do Espírito Santo, Conilon Capixaba, Sul de Minas, Cerrado Mineiro, Chapada de Minas, Matas de Minas, Rond?nia, and Rio de Janeiro. These coffee producing areas have a variety of planting varieties, including Arabica and Robusta coffee. Brazilian coffee varieties are mainly Bourbon, Mundo Novo, Icatú, Catuaí, Iapar and Catucaí.

2. Coffee flavor
Brazilian coffee is relatively low in planting compared with the various countries in Central and South America, so the coffee flavor is low in sourness and has a caramel and chocolate flavor, with obvious sweetness, but the overall taste is light.
Brazilian coffee interprets the coffee bean flavor levels in five levels, namely:
Strictly Soft → Strictly Soft → Soft → Suffer → Soft → Hardish → Iodine odor (Rioy) → Brazil-Hirado coffee beans are cup-tested by the local coffee association as Strictly Soft Fine Cup (very soft), which is the best level. In other words, Brazilian coffee beans do not emphasize the unique lively flavor of hard beans, but pay more attention to the gentle and easy taste of soft beans. This is why Brazilian coffee beans are more suitable for making the espresso formula.

3. Coffee treatment method
Brazilian coffee farms will choose different treatment methods according to the wet and dry climate conditions, such as sun treatment, semi-sun treatment or water washing treatment, etc. Because Brazil's climate characteristics are low rainfall and long sunshine time, the treatment method is mainly sun treatment method. The sun treatment method can enhance the mellowness of coffee beans and the diversity of coffee flavor.

It is said that Brazil produces rotten beans, and Brazilian coffee does not have very outstanding coffee flavor characteristics, but Brazilian beans is the best recipe for making espresso!
