According to verification by "Pengpai Mingcha", the original video had appeared as early as 2020. According to the South China Morning Post, the accident occurred in August 2020, in the fishing port in Hsinchu City, Taiwan Province, China. When the accident happened, the girl's neck was entangled with a kite's long tail and dragged it into the air. The girl's surname is Lin, weighs about 13 kilograms, and has minor abrasions on her neck and face.
