According to Foxconn's company system, 5-7% of the company's profits will be used as employee bonuses every year, and the dividend ratio this year is 5%, with a total amount of about NT$6 billion, slightly lower than last year's NT$6.35 billion. However, the total amount this year is still at a high level. According to employees participating in the dividend distribution, the average dividend received by Foxconn employees this year still exceeds NT$1 million, or approximately RMB 225,000.
