In addition to cooperating with new overseas car manufacturing forces, Hon Hai Group is also starting to launch its own brand Foxtron’s entry-level model - Model B. As can be seen from the name, the car aims at the B-Segment level, which is the market for small and medium-sized pure electric scooters. When the annual Technology Day debuts on October 18, we will be able to know more detailed information.
However, at this stage, Hon Hai Group has announced the complete appearance design of the car. The front face uses a split lamp group composed of through-type light strips and scattered lamp beads. The middle is the LOGO and brand words that can be lit, and the bottom of the front lip is the placement of the license plate frame. There is a half-covered air guide groove on the outside of the lamp group, and a scattered red decoration is added to the bottom air intake to highlight its sporty atmosphere.
In order to ensure aerodynamic performance, we can see that the openings in front and rear of the light strip form a clever "air bridge" design, which is used to further reduce the windward area and wind resistance performance of the front of the car. For this reason, the wind guide channel is added to the front fender, plus five-spoke low-resistance wheels, rear-view camera and hidden door handles, so the wind resistance of the entire vehicle is expected to be controlled at a good level.
It is worth mentioning that the charging interface of Model B is arranged behind the front wheels, and the waistline of the body has a clear muscular bulge in the rear wheel arch position. The trim at the C-pillar position has scattered draws and can also act as a wind guide channel. The rear adopts a combination of through-type taillights + specific pattern light screens, which can display traffic reminder information for the rear vehicle. It is reported that Model B is built on the MIH pure electric platform and has a battery life of 500km.
