Starting from 0:00 on April 30, Xining City has orderly lifted traffic control measures between Chengdong District and other urban areas, and gradually restored the flow of people in the city in an orderly manner. After a spring rain, the Beichuan River located in the northern suburbs of Xining City is gurgling with trees on both sides. On April 24, after some main urban areas of Xining City were lifted from static management, the project site actively organized the resumption of work and production. At 8 o'clock on the 30th, Chen Keyuan, a worker of the water and electricity installation team who participated in the daily safety morning shift meeting, devoted himself to the reservation and embedding of the main pipeline of the project with confidence.

"Previously, sodium hypochlorite was only an intermediate raw material for the company's products and was not specially produced. After this round of epidemic, in order to ensure sufficient social epidemic prevention materials, we temporarily adjusted the production process to ensure the production capacity of sodium hypochlorite." said Zhong Heyan, project specialist at Qinghai Yihua Chemical Co., Ltd.
Qinghai Yihua Chemical is a local key chemical enterprise. Tian Deyu, deputy secretary of the company's Party Committee, introduced that after the outbreak of the epidemic, the company immediately produced nearly 30 tons of sodium hypochlorite stock solution, and prepared it into disinfectant at a ratio of 1:3 to donate it to all units in the urban area to assist in epidemic prevention and control.
City East District is the "eye of the storm" in Xining's epidemic. Since 5 infected people were found on April 3, the total number of new infected people in Chengdong District has exceeded 110. Chengdong District is also the earliest area in the city to implement traffic control and static management.
