1. Registration for participation qualification fees
1. Healthy citizens aged 10-70 can register for nationality, gender, ethnicity and religious beliefs. Those who are interested in participating in the competition, but who are under the actual age of 14 hope that the contestants and their parents or guardians will rationally decide whether to sign up for the competition after fully considering a series of issues such as safety, whether it affects normal academic performance, psychological tolerance for adolescents, and guardianship responsibilities. Those who register under the age of 14 and who can submit their personal real identity information (household account book and parents' page) and parents (or guardian) in writing 3 days before the competition will be exempted from registration fees.
2. Free Taiwan fees during the competition, and the products are paid for by themselves.

13. Competition method
1. The "General Principles of Chinese Billiards Competition" revised by the China Billiards Association in 2017, please refer to the official website of the China Billiards Association.
2. The whole game was made of triangle frame ball swaying.
3. The game is limited to 45 seconds, and the remaining 10 seconds are reminded once, and the remaining 5 seconds are counted out. Players on both sides can apply for a delay in each game, with a delay time of 30 seconds. Players on both sides can apply for two delays in each game.
4. Each player can use one pause per game, the time is 5 minutes. The use of pause can only be between the game. Players who do not use pause can only sit in their own seats, otherwise it will be considered that the pause has been used at the same time. Regardless of the number of games that are referred by the referee or the number of games that are toured by the regional referee, the use of a suspension must be expressed to the referee on duty.
5. If a male player meets a female player or a child under the age of 14, give the next goal; if a female player meets a child under the age of 14, he will play a big shot.

Phase 1: 160 entered 80 to adopt a double defeat knockout match, divided into 20 groups, each group with 8 players in the competition, 2 players in the winning team qualifying, 2 players in the losing team qualifying, and 80 people in the total qualifying, entering the second stage.
Phase 2: 80 players who advanced in the first stage and 14 seed players + 2 Youth Championship champions and runners-ups, a total of 96 players participated in the competition. The seed players entered the designated position according to their rankings. The 80 players who advanced in the first stage publicly draw lots to enter the designated position. The 96-to-48 games were eliminated by double defeats, and a total of 48 players who qualified to enter the third stage.
stage 3: top 16 seed players and 48 players who advanced in the second stage, a total of 64 players participated in the competition. The seed players entered the designated position according to the snake-shaped ranking. The 48 players who qualified in the second stage publicly drew lots to enter the designated position. The 64-to-32 game was eliminated by double defeat and divided into 8 groups, with 8 players in each group, 2 players in the victory division, and 2 players in the defeat division, and a total of 32 players in the fourth stage.
Phase 4: The 32 players who advanced in the third phase were eliminated by singles until the finals.

15. Event points and ranking

The top 16 players in this season's points will receive the main stage of the competition that will directly enter the finals of Jingdian Masters.

16. Participants must dress according to the regulations of the organizing committee to participate in the competition. The dressing regulations of male and female contestants in the competition: long-sleeved shirts, vests, bow tie, dark trousers, dark formal leather shoes; the organizing committee will provide free vests for players to use (deposit required); please prepare the event clothing yourself before the competition. Those who do not meet the requirements have the right to prohibit the contestants from participating; the breast marks of the organizing committee of this event are uniformly sewn. If the contestants bring their own vests, please contact the organizing committee in advance, and the organizing committee will sew the breast marks uniformly.
2. All contestants must wear competition clothing and participate in the competition in accordance with the requirements of the event organizing committee; if there are special circumstances, they should apply to the event organizing committee in advance;
3. During the competition, participants are not allowed to participate in commercial events and publicity activities without the approval of the organizing committee. The business logo worn by the contestants must be worn on the left and right chests. The contestants must explain to the event organizing committee in advance when signing up. The organizing committee has the right to decide the content and form of the referees and participants during the competition.The number of independent commercial logos shall not exceed 1, and the position of the logo shall be decided by the organizing committee;
4. Participants must report to the designated location of the organizing committee’s registration office 15 minutes before the game. The referee team shall check whether the participating players’ clothing and trademarks meet the standards, and arrive at the entrance of the competition venue 5 minutes before the game. The referee will lead the participating players into the competition venue. After the referee announces the start of the game, the player who has not arrived in the game for 5 minutes will be sentenced to lose one game, and the player who has not arrived in the game for 10 minutes will be deemed to be abstention;
5. Appeals for dissatisfaction with the referee on duty must be submitted before the referee’s next strike after the penalty, otherwise it will not be accepted; if there is any objection to the referee’s referee’s decision, the contestant can communicate or appeal step by step to the referee’s chief, the event organizing committee, etc.;
6. Actively cooperate with the organizing committee’s work on video collection, live broadcast and news photography. The players’ voices and video files during the event will be used for event-related publicity; if you participate, you will recognize that the organizer has the right to use the player’s portrait rights during the event.
7. Illegal fouls are strictly prohibited in this game. If the first intentional foul is considered to be lost in one game, if the second intentional foul is considered to be lost in the whole game, and their remaining competitions are cancelled;
8. Abide by the rules of the competition and obey the arrangements of the competition; smoking is prohibited in the venue. Participants must switch their mobile phones to silent or close when entering the venue. Off-field guidance is prohibited, alcoholism, drug abuse and any form of gambling are strictly prohibited, and any illegal and disciplined behaviors and moral ethics are strictly prohibited. Violators will be disqualified from participating;
9. Participants deliberately interfere with their opponents during the competition, and they will violate sports ethics. The first time there is a warning, the second time there is a penalty for one game, and the third time there is a disqualification, and the competition may be directly disqualified or suspended.
