Ajun (pseudonym) still cannot tell the exact source of his infection. "It is very likely that he was infected while exercising in the gym." He speculated that on the way to the temporary isolation hospital, even in the ward,Ajun met someone who was "infected" in the gym with him.

htmlOn March 27, this is the 8th day after 25-year-old Ajun was diagnosed with a positive infection. He left the quarantine hospital where he had been staying for 6 days and embarked on a new migration journey with more than 50 infected people. At around 2 a.m., after 12 hours of trekking in quarantine clothes, he settled down at a centralized isolation point where he admitted infected people on the first day of the first day of the treatment of infected people.

, physically and mentally exhausted, released the 8th video. He wrote in the waiting scene: "Everyone is working hard, I hope to give medical staff more patience."

is open-minded and cheerful, just like his mentality when recording his daily life after being diagnosed as positive: in the shaking scene, he was not sad or depressed. On the contrary, hand-making coffee, strength training, and reading check-in became the norm. He said that this extraordinary period is "a good time to be able to calm down and read some books and persist in exercise, just treat it as a small cold." The following is his story.

Narrator: A Jun Age: 26 years old Occupation: Freelancer

I was diagnosed as a positive infection when I actively participated in community nucleic acid screening on the 19th.

I actually have a premonition when facing the diagnosis result. Because I had some symptoms of coughing and low fever in those days. That is, the day I showed symptoms, the gym I often went to was shut down due to epidemic prevention and control reasons.

Because of my fitness habit, I still insist on going to the gym to exercise every day after the outbreak of the epidemic. After the epidemic, the gym will check the health code and measure the body temperature. The process is very complete. I will go to work at 90 o'clock in the evening. The density of the staff is not high, so I feel a little relieved.

I just came to Shanghai to develop 3 months ago. Because I have been losing weight for half a year, I got to settle down and applied for a monthly card in a large gym chain. I think since I spent money, I would still insist on going, so my fitness pace was not blocked by the epidemic.

After I developed symptoms on the 18th, I thought it was a cold. On the 19th, when I went out to work, I saw a free nucleic acid test site. To be on the safe side, I still tested it, but I didn’t expect that I was really “hit” this time.

At 12:30 am on March 20, I was notified by phone that there was an abnormality in the mixed-retrieval result and I needed to sample it separately. While waiting for the time to be transferred, I apologized to everyone I could think of in contact with me in the past few days. I was really blamed myself at that time and felt that it had caused them trouble. I put a few books, an iPad, a pair of sneakers, the freshly bought seasaw coffee beans and a hand-making coffee machine into my suitcase. I don’t know how many days to come, and I want to be with them.

I can basically speculate that I was infected in the gym. Because before me, there was indeed a positive infection there. The gym is a large virus transmission field. Many people do not wear masks when exercising inside and are unprepared for it. Among the 7 people sitting in the transfer truck with me, three of them also exercised in this gym.

21 at noon, I was taken to the isolation ward. When I was first admitted to the hospital, a nurse drew blood for me. She told me that I was temporarily transferred and had not closed my eyes for 25 hours. I felt very uncomfortable at the time and wanted to do something for her.

The ward I was staying in was a three-person ward in the infectious department with only five or six square meters. The food every day would be delivered through a double-layer window. The other two people who lived in with me were transferred to other hospitals that afternoon, and I was the only one in the room that afternoon.

I think I might stay here for a long time, and these times should not be wasted. So I decided to exercise for a while, do some simple training like in the gym, and turn on my phone to record it.

Just like some people need to eat and sleep, fitness is also my daily life. Three months ago, I was a person who didn’t like to move at all, a fat man of 165 pounds. But in the past three months, I have been calmed down and want to lose weight, so I have maintained my exercise habit of running and training, and now I can maintain my exercise habits at 140 pounds.

If there is no epidemic, I will stay in the gym for two hours every day, but now I can only do several sets of sit-ups and push-ups in the open space next to the hospital bed. Every day, I take off my upper body clothes before taking a shower before doing push-ups on the floor, so that I won’t contaminate my top and it’s relatively safe.

The next day, I began to try a regular life like never before: get up at seven or eight in the morning, eat breakfast, lean against the bed and read for a while, then exercise, eat lunch, make coffee, sleep, and continue exercise. It still maintains 2 hours of exercise every day.

What surprised me was that the two patients transferred from the ward that day also exercised in the same gym with me. Both of them are uncles in their fifties and sixties, but they look very strong. Later, they were quickly transferred away. When we said goodbye to each other, we also said, "See you in the gym in the future!" I didn't expect that strangers who used to exercise in a gym every day would actually meet in this way.

The length of the ward is only about three or four meters, so I just took my headphones and shuttled back and forth. I used the indoor running recorder on my mobile phone to record the number of kilometers I ran. During the running, I must not bow my head or count how many laps I ran, otherwise I will feel dizzy. After that, I would insist on running 5 kilometers indoors almost every morning.

Sometimes patients in the ward will join in. For example, there is an old couple who just transferred to me and do exercise with me in the ward for half an hour every day.

In fact, I used to exercise to reduce fat. Now exercise is to enhance resistance and turn nucleic acid into negative signs as soon as possible.

I have good food every day in the hospital, but it definitely doesn’t meet the needs of fitness. There are too many staple foods, and protein is not enough. But at this time, I will still have delicious food every meal, just a longer interval between each meal. For example, I may eat lunch delivered at 10 o'clock in the morning until 12 o'clock. I should try to follow my original living habits and not disrupt my original routine.

I recorded all these experiences in video and posted them on my social account. In my message area, I found some patients who were infected with exercise in other gyms. Together with the ones I have encountered these days, there should be more than a dozen. Now everyone will regret going to the gym for those days, but regret is useless and can only face it. Everyone is innocent, just accept it calmly.

was actually diagnosed as a positive COVID-19 patient, and it is not as serious as the rumors. We are just ordinary people who are sick. I haven't lost my sense of taste or smell, I just have some low fever . The new uncle and aunt only had a little cough. They even came over curiously when I grind the coffee and saw me grinding beans and soaking them with my hands, and praised them for their "scent". Unfortunately, I accidentally broke the coffee pot I made, so I had to use my brushing cup to continue making coffee.

Everyone was curious about my experience of exercising in the ward, and even friendly reminders me to "don't do excessively intense aerobic exercise." Actually, when I first started running, someone was surprised. After all, the ward is only four or five square meters, how can it be possible to run 5 kilometers inside? But I think that as long as you have a goal in your heart, it will be the same everywhere, and there will be no obstacles to doing anything.

After chatting with so many infected people around me, I found that everyone's attitude towards the new coronavirus is more of a self-blame that brings trouble to the people around me - although everyone is a victim, they are still worried that they will become the source of infection for others.

For example, the uncles and aunts I met in the ward were infected when they went to the vegetable market to buy vegetables and also wore masks at that time. When I first transferred to the ward, my uncle and aunt were really guilty of self-repair because they were worried about causing trouble to their son and daughter-in-law who lived with me. They didn't fall asleep all night, and I felt very distressed.

But I don't think so. In the ward, the most important thing is to adjust your mindset.Just like me, when I first learned of my positive result, I thought of five other roommates in the same dormitory as me, as well as my colleagues. Later, my colleague was also found to have been infected with the virus. I blamed myself, but none of them blamed me at all, which slowly made me relax.

I want to convey to everyone a positive and optimistic attitude - disease cannot defeat us, and we don’t have a mentality. When I first started recording the video, I just wanted to record my experiences during this period. Unexpectedly, everyone is really happy to know the real positive COVID-19 patients. Everyone keeps leaving messages behind my account to inquire, which dilutes my loneliness. I answered the best of my ability after every question. This made me feel a sense of responsibility and felt that I slowly found the meaning of the record.

At noon on the 26th, the nurse informed me that I was going to be transferred to the hospital, so I was about to leave the quarantine hospital where I had been staying for 6 days, but my mentality was still stable. No matter where I went to quarantine for treatment, I could take my time and wait until I turned to my vagina before leaving.

27 I was transferred to the hospital in the early morning of 27th. I was exhausted in the long queue waiting for admission procedures. Suddenly I saw someone send me a private message: "Come on, thank you for sharing, let me understand the COVID-19 treatment process, and let me break my fear of COVID-19 ." I felt like I had strength again at that time. That night, everyone watched me not updated the video for a long time, and some people came to care about my body, and they pretended to be here to "urge updates".

Originally, I just came to Shanghai, so I was considered a drifter in Shanghai. I don’t know many people and occasionally feel lonely. But this infection allowed me to establish a connection with many strangers - some in reality and some on the Internet. I am still full of beautiful expectations and yearning for Shanghai, but now is the extraordinary moment for this city. On the way to transfer luck to my patients, I saw many street scenes that I was not familiar with through the car glass. It happened to be when the sunset shone on all things in the city. I wrote, "When Shanghai calms down, this city is really beautiful. May the dawn of dawn drive away the darkness, may the short-term desertification bring long-term peace, and hope that every city can be safe."

When the epidemic is completely over, I will still go back to my gym and continue my fitness journey.

(After my authorization, Ajun's Xiaohongshu account name was announced: Ajun was on the way, and he said he was happy to provide help to more people who don't know much about the daily treatment and recovery of people infected with the new coronavirus, and answer questions and answer questions)
