notice stating that the decision was to further strengthen epidemic prevention and control measures and standardize the management of local centralized isolation places. The specific notice is as follows:
1. The charging object
The charging management will be implemented for people who are centrally isolated in the following circumstances.
(I) People who are in centralized quarantine without taking the initiative to report to the jurisdiction in advance;
(II) People who are reported or found out by relevant departments and are centralized quarantine;
(III) People who are in centralized quarantine in violation of relevant regulations on home isolation;
(IV) People who are in centralized quarantine who violate the regulations on the management of centralized quarantine sites and extend the quarantine period;
(V) People who are in centralized quarantine without permission;
(VI) People who are in centralized quarantine without permission;
(VI) People who are in centralized quarantine rooms that are damaged due to failure to care for facilities and equipment and require repairs to cause damage to the isolation room. quarantined personnel who can be used;
(7) Personnel who are centrally isolated without cooperating with relevant government agencies to carry out related work such as epidemiological investigation and tracing, investigation and control;
(8) Personnel who are centrally isolated due to failure to strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures;
(9) Personnel who should be centrally isolated according to regulations but refuse to cooperate;
(10) Personnel who live in our city but need to be centrally isolated;
(11) Other persons who violate government epidemic prevention and control regulations and who are centrally isolated or who are clear of the cost of centrally isolated by superiors.
Note: The person living in the place of residence refers to a person with a registered residence in Shehong City, a person who actually works in Shehong City and pays social security, and a person who buys a house or actually lives in Shehong City and can provide a certificate of residence (residence permit).
2. Charging standards
Checking in quarantine hotels is charged at 280 yuan/room/day (including accommodation fees, food fees, nucleic acid testing fees, etc.); checking in other isolation points except hotels is charged at 200 yuan/room/day (including accommodation fees, food fees, nucleic acid testing fees, etc.); if one person has more than one room due to special reasons such as care and care, the daily necessities fee will be increased at 70 yuan/person/day.
3. Payment method
When checking in, pay it in one lump sum according to the number of days of stay and relevant standards, and will be collected by Shehong Jinfu Industrial Co., Ltd.
4. Related requirements
(I) The key personnel investigation team of the Municipal Emergency Command will arrange for quarantine personnel to move into the isolation room. Centralized quarantine personnel should take into account the overall situation and support and cooperate with relevant work. Anyone who fails to fulfill his or her obligations for epidemic prevention and control and refuses to pay for isolation fees will be held accountable for relevant legal responsibilities in accordance with the law.
(II) All towns (streets) and industry authorities should strengthen the publicity of the policy of self-paid centralized isolation, tighten the prevention and control responsibilities of units, industries and individuals, and avoid the risk of the spread of the epidemic due to the inadequate fulfillment of responsibilities between the four parties.
