According to statistics, from 8:00 to 17:00 on the 25th, the surface rainfall in Hangzhou was 25.7 mm (including Shangcheng District 11.6 mm, Xiacheng District 22.7 mm, Jianggan District 28.5 mm, Gongshu District 24.2 mm, Xihu District 20.8 mm, Binjiang District 16.0 mm, and Xiasha Economic Development Zone 35.6 mm); the largest rainfall was 66.5 mm in Qiaosi Farm, and the rainfall reached 23.4 mm in one hour.

According to statistics from the Hangzhou Urban Defense Command Office, due to the impact of heavy rain, a total of 10 water accumulation points of all sizes were found in the urban area, and all of them were dealt with in a timely manner. During the defense period, a total of 5,878 people were dispatched, 437 water pumps, 145 rescue vehicles, and 25 large pump trucks were deployed nearby; 144 awnings were inspected, 19 awnings were fixed, 741 advertisements were inspected, and 62 fell branches were cleaned.
