In order to further improve the comprehensive quality of women cadres, enhance the sense of responsibility and performance of Women's Federation Executive Committee, and effectively play the role of Women's Federation executive committee members and women's cadres, on October 14, the second training class for women's Federation executive committee members in 2021 held by Hulunbuir Women's Federation officially opened.
According to relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control, the training lasts for two days, taking the form of a main branch venue, and the branch venue of the Executive Committee of Yakeshi Women's Federation participated in the study in video form. The Hulunbuir Women's Federation carefully arranged the course content, and invited five teachers to give detailed explanations on five aspects: "Looking on the road to the Great Rejuvenation and rushing to the exam", "Interpretation of Marriage and Family of the Civil Code", "Psychological Counseling and Team Building", "Pay attention to family, tutoring, family style", and "Overview of New Media Technology and Development".
Executive Committee unanimously agreed that although learning is short-lived, the gains are huge. Through training, everyone has improved their ideological understanding and business ability. I am very grateful to the Hulunbuir Women's Federation for giving such opportunities and platforms, and thank the Yakeshi Women's Federation for their concern, care and attention to grassroots women cadres. They all expressed that in their future work, they will continue to improve their self-worth, strengthen the learning of new knowledge, give full play to their own advantages, and continuously enhance their level and ability to serve women.
Next step, Yakeshi Women's Federation will strictly follow the requirements of the superior Women's Federation, continue to carry out standardized and planned capacity building training around strengthening the functions of grassroots Women's Federation Executive Committees, and continuously improve the professional qualities of Women's Federation Executive Committees, so that they can do things while learning and learn while doing, promote the combination of learning and application, improve their ability to solve practical problems, and achieve the unity of theory and practice, study and application; help them clarify their work ideas, perform their duties and responsibilities, and do a solid job in contacting and serving women and mass work, and contribute women's strength to the development of our city.
