01 Chapter 1 General Provisions
First Tsinghua University adheres to the socialist direction of running schools, implements the country's education policy, and adheres to the principle of enrolling students on demand, comprehensive measurement, and admissions based on the best choice and the principle of better lack than excessive.
Article 2 Tsinghua University master's degree enrollment information is published online. For information, please visit " China Postgraduate Admissions Information Network " (https://yz.chsi.com.cn/), "Tsinghua University Postgraduate Admissions Network" (hereinafter referred to as "Tsinghua Postgraduate Admissions Network", https://yz.tsinghua.edu.cn/) and "Tsinghua University Postgraduate Admissions Comprehensive Information Platform" (https://yzbm.tsinghua.edu.cn/publish/infors).
Article 3 Our school recruits master's students in two forms: no examination and ordinary recruitment. Excellent undergraduate graduates who apply for exemption from the exam (referred to as recommended to , and later) who apply for exemption from the exam will be confirmed according to the policy requirements of the Ministry of Education. Those who have been shortlisted for re-examination after the materials are reviewed and directly participate in the re-examination assessment. The general recruitment examination is divided into two stages: preliminary examination and re-examination. The preliminary examination methods are divided into two stages: national unified examination (including joint examination) and separate examination.
Article 4 enrollment targets are mainly fresh undergraduate, undergraduate, and Chinese citizens who have the same academic qualifications as undergraduate, and those with the same academic qualifications as those of undergraduate, should support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, have good moral character, abide by laws and regulations, and have physical health in accordance with the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and our school.

Article 5 Application conditions for free trial recommendation students
Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, are willing to serve the construction of the motherland, have good moral character, and abide by the law, and meet the following conditions:

Article 6 Application and registration for recommended students without examination

Recommended Students should follow the "Notice on the Registration for the Tsinghua University 2023 to Accept Outstanding Fresh Undergraduate Graduates to Study for Postgraduate Students without examination" and log in to the Tsinghua University Graduate Application Service System (https://yzbm.tsinghua.edu.cn) within the specified time of our school. Please pay attention to the department notifications for summer camps when some departments, majors or projects organize.
2. The Ministry of Education’s recommendation and exemption service system registration
has obtained the qualification for undergraduate colleges to be exempted from examinations. Applicants who have obtained preliminary admission qualifications after our school’s assessment should log in to the China Postgraduate Admission Information Network’s recommendation and exemption service system (website: https://yz.chsi.com.cn/tm/) to complete online registration, payment of registration fees, re-examination confirmation and pending admission confirmation.
Article 7 Recommended students who are not allowed to be shortlisted for re-examination
After receiving the application materials, the department will organize experts to conduct preliminary review of the materials. Applicants who pass the preliminary review and shortlisted for re-examination should participate in all re-examination steps as required.
Article 8 Re-examination and admission of recommended students without examination
Our school will review the qualifications of all recommended students who are expected to be admitted in June 2023. Only after passing the qualification review and passing the file review by our school can we be officially admitted. Our school will issue an admission notice . Those who fail the qualification review will be disqualified from their postgraduate admission.The requirements for the qualification review of

2. The course assessment scores in the last academic year of undergraduates must not be recorded;
3. The candidates have not received any punishment from the time they apply for the "National Recommended Excellent Fresh Undergraduate Graduates to Study for Graduate Student Information Disclosure and Management Service System" to the date of admission;
4. Undergraduate Comprehensive Paper Training (Graduation Design) should be excellent or above 80 points (inclusive);
5. The freshmen of our school obtained undergraduate graduation certificate and bachelor's degree certificate before admission;
;6. Meets the standards set by each of our school's proposed admission institutions (departments, institutes) that are not lower than the school's re-examination requirements.
03 Chapter 3 General recruitment

Article 9 Those who register for the National Master's Enrollment Examination must meet the following

2. Personnel with a nationally recognized undergraduate degree.
3. Personnel who have obtained a nationally recognized higher vocational college degree for 2 years (from graduation to 2023 before the admission of our postgraduate freshmen) or more, as well as undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications, must meet the following conditions at the same time: a. Has published professional papers or achieved other innovative results; b. Has a minor in all the main courses of the major undergraduate degree you have applied for; c. My English proficiency certificate. Apply for the exam based on the same academic qualifications as undergraduate degree.
4. Personnel who have obtained a master's degree or doctoral degree. The application for postgraduate students in school must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.
Article 10 Those who register for the National Master’s Enrollment Examination for Professional Degrees shall be implemented in accordance with the following provisions.
(I) Persons who register for the Master's degree entrance examination for Law (Illegal Law) must meet the following conditions:

2. The majors you studied before applying for the exam were illegal majors (jurisprudence majors in the law category of ordinary colleges and universities [code is 0301] graduates, junior college-level law graduates, and law graduates in self-study examination form are not allowed to apply).
(II) Those who register for the clinical medicine professional degree [code is 1051] master's degree admission examination must meet the following conditions:

2. In principle, those who have obtained the standardized training of residency physicians are not allowed to apply for master's degree in clinical medicine professional degree graduate students.
(III) Those who register for the engineering management in business administration , public management, engineering management master's degree [code is 125601] professional degree master's degree admission examination must meet the following conditions:

Candidates applying for 125100 Senior Management Employee Master of Business Administration (EMBA) must have a bachelor's degree or above, and have eight or more years of full-time work experience after graduation, of which five or more years of management experience should be the current senior management staff of a larger enterprise.Or graduate from a college degree and obtain a graduation certificate, and have more than ten years of full-time work experience after graduation, including five or more years of management experience, and are current senior management personnel of a large-scale enterprise with rich practical experience.

The relevant examination and enrollment policies for postgraduate students with master's degree in business administration are also implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of " Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Further Standardizing the Education of master's degree in business administration " (Teaching and Research [2016] No. 2).
Article 11 Those who register for a separate examination must meet the following conditions:
After obtaining a nationally recognized bachelor's degree, they have worked for more than 4 consecutive years, have excellent business, have published research papers (technical reports) or have become a business backbone, and have been recommended by the candidate's unit and two experts with senior professional and technical titles to target employment in the unit; or have worked for more than 2 years after obtaining a master's degree or doctoral degree, and have excellent business, have agreed by the candidate's unit and two experts with senior professional and technical titles to target employment in the unit.
The research direction name in the "2023 Tsinghua University Master's Admissions Catalog (Uniform Recruitment)" contains "single examinations" before single candidates can be accepted.
Article 12 Candidates who apply for the examination with an academic certificate obtained from abroad must pass the certification of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education (China) and must submit a certification report during qualification review.
Article 13 Candidates should carefully check whether they meet the application requirements (including the application requirements for the school and the application departments, majors, and projects) before registering. The relevant consequences arising from not meeting the application requirements shall be borne by the candidate themselves.
Article 14 Registration and confirmation procedures for ordinary recruitment candidates
Candidates must strictly follow the relevant requirements of the " Tsinghua University 2023 Master's Admissions Brochure" and "Tsinghua University 2023 Master's Admissions Major Directory (Unified Recruitment)" (including notes in the catalog) published by Tsinghua Graduate Admissions Network (https://yz.tsinghua.edu.cn/). The following registration and confirmation steps must be completed as required and none of them are missing.
1. Registration process
All candidates applying for our school must register as required on the China Postgraduate Admissions Information Network
(https://yz.chsi.com.cn/). The registration time is subject to the unified regulations of the Ministry of Education. No more registration will be applied after the deadline, and no more registration information may be modified.
All candidates applying for our school must also register in accordance with the relevant requirements in the "Instructions on matters related to Tsinghua University's 2023 Master's Admissions" and the "Announcement on the 2023 National Master's Admissions Site for Tsinghua University".
2. Confirmation session

2 Candidates who register for the preliminary examination at other test sites to participate in the preliminary examination at other test sites will pay the preliminary examination application fee and conduct online confirmation (on-site confirmation) in accordance with the requirements of the local registration site.
Article 15 Download and print the "Admission Ticket" according to the unified time stipulated by the Ministry of Education, log in to the China Postgraduate Admissions Information Network with the user name and password online for information query and printing.
Article 16 Candidates should actively understand the registration procedures, confirmation procedures and requirements of the registration point before registering. The relevant consequences of failing to complete the registration and confirmation procedures as required shall be borne by the candidate himself.
04 Chapter 4 Qualification Review and Examination, Assessment, Admission

Article 17 Qualification Review will be conducted uniformly during the re-examination. For specific arrangements, please see the online notification.
Article 18 Examination and Assessment

2. The re-examination is a comprehensive professional assessment.Candidates who meet the requirements for the re-examination of all departments and majors (projects) of our school must participate in the re-examination, and the specific arrangements for the re-examination will be notified separately.
3. Candidates with the same academic qualifications must take two undergraduate courses for applying for majors after the preliminary examination results meet the final requirements for the re-examination. The specific arrangements are to be notified during the re-examination. Candidates with equivalent academic qualifications who apply for a Master of Law, Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Administration, and Master of Engineering Management do not need to take additional examinations.
Article 19: Candidates who meet the application or application requirements of our school will meet the basic requirements for the shortlisted re-examination stipulated by Tsinghua University Graduate School and the admission department. According to our school’s enrollment plan, re-examination admission methods, candidates’ initial and re-examination results, ideological and political performance, physical and mental health status, etc., it is better to be lacking than to be extra.
The intended master's students are sent to the admission notice after passing the qualification review and confirmation. Master's students in the targeted employment category must also sign the corresponding agreement before admission. Qualification review includes academic review and ideological and political quality and morality review. The candidates will deal with the problems caused by applying for a master's degree and their unit. If the candidates cannot be re-examination or cannot be admitted, the admissions unit shall not bear the responsibility.
05 Chapter 5 Other matters

Article 20 Other instructions

2. Except for projects specially stated in the admissions major catalog, they are generally trained at the Beijing school headquarters. Some majors recruit graduate students who pursue master's degrees at , Tsinghua University Shenzhen International Graduate School , and the number of students enrolled is found in the admissions major catalog. The Shenzhen International Graduate School of Tsinghua University was officially approved by the Ministry of Education, and its admission standards, training requirements, and degree awards were exactly the same as those of the Tsinghua University Graduate School. Students from Shenzhen International Graduate School are trained in Shenzhen throughout the process and do not arrange accommodation at the school headquarters. There is also a master's degree in safety engineering in the Department of Engineering, a master's degree in finance in the School of Economics and Management, and a master's degree in art in the School of Fine Arts. It is trained and accommodated in Shenzhen International Graduate School. , an integrated circuit engineering master of the School of Integrated Circuits, and was trained and accommodated in Shenzhen International Graduate School in the first semester.
3. Our school charges tuition fees to all graduate students in accordance with the national and Beijing regulations, and also sets up scholarships to support students in completing their studies. For relevant regulations on graduate student aid, please refer to the "Tsinghua University Graduate Aid Reward System" (see https://www.tsinghua.edu.cn/yjsy/zztx.htm for details).
4. Please ask the applicant or candidate to register online in a safe place and pay the application fee. Our school will not be responsible for the losses caused by their operational errors or the online payment account and password leakage. Be careful to consider before paying the application fee and re-examination fee online. Those who cannot take the exam or test due to various reasons will not refund the fees paid.
5. Regardless of whether you are admitted or not, the submitted materials (including transcripts) will not be returned.
6. Our school’s unified examination recruits strong military program, , retired college student soldier program and high-level backbone talent program, graduate students. Candidates who register for the above plan cannot apply for the separate examinations of our school. Among them, graduate students in the Strengthening Military Program and the High-level Backbone Talent Program of Ethnic Minority Students are only recruited for full-time majors, while graduate students in the retired college student soldier program are only recruited for engineering majors (i.e. the top 2 digits in the professional code are ‘08’).
7. The special program for postgraduate students in high-level backbone talents of ethnic minorities will not be transferred to their household registration when they enter. 8. During the re-examination, fresh undergraduate graduates must issue the original transcript from the school where the candidate is located; current personnel must submit the original transcript from the original school or the copy of the "School Past Years Study Results" in their files and stamp the official seal of the personnel department of their unit.
9. Tsinghua University does not allow graduate students to have two or more student status at the same time.

Applicants who have objections to the enrollment of master's degree students in the department may file a complaint in writing with the department. The department shall accept the case and reply with a child. If the complainant has objections to the reply, he or she may file a complaint with the Graduate Admissions Office.
