According to the announcement of the Fourth Innovation Layer Development Decision in 2022 issued by the National Equities Exchange and Quotation Company, and according to relevant regulations, the fourth Innovation Layer Development Decision in 2022 was made after review and approval by the National Small and Medium Enterprises Equity Transfer System Listing Committee: 42 listed companies including Beijing Xinghe Zhonggong Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. were transferred to the Innovation Layer Development Decision. The decision to enter the tier of the tier will take effect from September 19, 2022.
A week ago, on September 9, the National Equities Exchange and Quotation Company released the initial screening list of the fourth batch of listed companies to be transferred to the innovation layer this year, with a total of 42 companies to be transferred to the innovation layer.

This year, the National Equities Exchange and Quotation Company revised the tiered management method, adjusting the frequency of innovation layer entry from once a year to 6 times, and implementing monthly from February to June in the first half of the year and once in September in the second half of the year. Among them, for companies that enter the innovation layer through layered adjustments in the second half of the year, the company's interim report must be audited by accounting firm , and operating income and net profit shall not decline year-on-year.
data shows that the 42 companies entering the league achieved an average operating income of 168 million yuan in the first half of this year, 50% higher than the overall level of existing listed companies; the average net profit was 12.1104 million yuan, nearly three times the overall level of existing listed companies; the weighted average return on equity reached 9.56%, reflecting good profitability; nearly half of the companies have been recognized by the national or provincial level " specialized and special " and "single champion".
National Equities Exchange and Quotation Company stated that this stratification adjustment is the first time that the National Equities Exchange and Quotation Company has carried out the implementation of the stratification in the second half of the year.
