During an interview in Xitun Street, Hongshan District, Yu Fenghuan, director of Xitun Judicial Office, told reporters a story: A resident was soaked in a large area of his house due to a leak in his own waste heat, and the walls were peeled, and the household was soaked for compensation. The staff of the judicial office and the mediation committee came to persuade him many times, and the mediation was completed seven times. The residents were asked to make a mistake in the two bedrooms and balcony, and compensate the housekeeping service for hygiene, the mental loss cost 2,000 yuan, and the loss of work, totaling about 6,000 yuan. Due to the high compensation requirement, the leaking household believed that they should only be responsible for the vacancies of about 1,500 yuan, and the remaining expenses were unacceptable, so the agreement was not reached. After the community invited both parties to meet for mediation, the party was reluctant to meet with the resident directly due to leaks. They were afraid that the other party would have excessive behavior, so they only agreed to compensate 2,000 yuan after mediation, and at the same time, they were asked to ensure that they would not get entangled again. The household who was fucked thought that 2,000 yuan was not enough and should be compensated 6,000 yuan, but the two parties failed to reach an agreement. The staff of the Judicial Office and the Mediation Committee did meticulous work for both parties. Based on the principle of being unbiased and making concessions between the two parties, after nearly a month, seven mediations were conducted, and finally coordinated to 3,000 yuan on May 14, 2014. The two sides finally reached an agreement, shook hands and made peace, and turned war into jade.

Since April last year, the recipients' family increased the minimum living allowance benefits by 100 yuan per month, which solved the urgent problem of the whole family.
