A few days ago, with the approval of the Huize County Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Huize County Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision filed a case for serious violations of discipline and law by Li Binghui, former member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director of the Huize County Forestry and Grassland Bureau.
After investigation, Li Binghui violated political discipline, was disloyal and honest to the Party, and voluntarily surrendered to the organization for review and investigation, but did not truthfully explain the problem to the organization, and attempted to escape; violated the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations, accepted gifts in violation of regulations, and accepted travel arrangements by others in violation of regulations; violated national laws and regulations, and used his position to illegally accept property given by others in a huge amount, and sought benefits for others. His behavior was suspected of accepting bribes.
As a party member leading cadre, Li Binghui is disloyal and dishonest to the party, has a weak sense of discipline and law, and has an inflated selfish desire. He turns the power granted by the party and the people into a tool for personal gain. He is willing to be "hunting" and engages in power-for-money transactions with illegal businessmen. The amount is huge. His behavior has seriously violated the party's discipline and is suspected of committing crimes. He does not restrain himself or stop after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and still does not know how to be respectful or stop after the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and should be dealt with seriously.
In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China", "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant regulations, after research by the Standing Committee of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Communist Party of China and the Huize County Supervision Committee, and reported to the Huize County Committee of the Communist Party of China for approval, it was decided to expel Li Binghui from the Party and remove him from public office; confiscate his illegal gains; and transfer his suspected criminal issues to judicial organs for handling in accordance with the law.
