Faced with the open upgrade and economic transformation in the macro context, the development and transformation of colleges and universities in the micro context, Anyang Institute of Technology in the middle - a local undergraduate college that has just passed the thirty years old is like a small boat that adheres to the "local" and "application-oriented" direction of running schools, and does not relax, plan according to the situation, follow the trend, lead the source of other mountains, and liven up the water of one's own body; lead the stone of other mountains, lay the foundation of one's own body, from inter-school exchanges to cooperation with Taiwan, from cooperation with Taiwan to seek development from Europe and the United States, step by step, integrate into the environment of opening up to the outside world; one page after another, expanding the depth and breadth of foreign exchanges and cooperation.
Recently, Anyang Institute of Technology and Kunshan University of Science and Technology signed a "Cooperation Agreement" with Kunshan University of Science and Technology in Taiwan, and decided to jointly build the "Micro Precision Manufacturing R&D Center" and the "Environmental Engineering Technology R&D Center", aiming to give full play to the advantages of Kunshan University of Science and Technology in Taiwan in micro-precision manufacturing and environmental engineering research and the basic research advantages of Anyang Institute of Technology in bearings, spindles and environmental engineering, and carry out product research and development and talent training in precision bearings, friction, spindle design and environmental engineering technology. The
agreement stipulates that the R&D center jointly apply for scientific and technological projects in the mainland and Taiwan, strengthen personnel exchanges between the R&D center cooperation parties, and researchers from both places, including students, can go to each other to carry out relevant research work. After the research results of both parties were incubated and matured by the R&D center, the factory was built in Anyang Industrial Concentration Zone for industrialization.

The only university in Henan Province to train pilots
Anyang Institute of Technology was selected as the first batch of pilot universities for transformation and development in Henan Province in October 2013. It is currently the ninth national and the only university in Henan Province to train pilots.
Over the past 30 years since its founding, the school has always adhered to the "local" and "application-oriented" school-running positioning, taking the path of internalized development, internalized reform, and external practice exploration, based in Anyang, looking at the world, breaking the bottleneck of thinking with a highly open attitude, and formulating the "Administrative Measures for Selecting High-quality Backbone Teachers in Anyang Institute of Technology to Study and Study Abroad", encouraging teachers to study and visit abroad; establishing the "Angong International Exchange Scholarship" to encourage students to go abroad to exchange and study. The hard work is blue and arduous, and the jade will be successful. Unremitting efforts finally made a new breakthrough in the spring of 2014.
time back to 2014. On February 17, 2014, 18 teachers and students from Anyang Institute of Technology took EVA flight to Kunshan University of Science and Technology in Taiwan for half a year of study.
This is the first time that teachers and students of the school go to a friendly school for learning and exchange. It is the first step in the school's friendly cooperation with Kunshan University of Science and Technology in Taiwan, and it also opens the precedent for foreign cooperation and exchanges between the school. On the morning of May 13, 2014, Wei Zushang, Director of the International Affairs Department of Kunshan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan, conducted a follow-up visit. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on issues such as deepening and expanding cooperation and exchanges between the two schools.
The fields and levels of cooperation are expanding and deepening
Since 2014, the school has successively selected 6 teams of 47 people to form higher education training classes, student education management employment and entrepreneurship training classes, etc. Under the leadership of the school leaders, it went to Kunshan University of Science and Technology in Taiwan for study and training and inspection and exchanges; 5 batches of 104 college students have been selected to go to Taiwan friendly schools for half a year for training, and 10 teachers have been selected to study in Taiwan. Kunshan University of Science and Technology in Taiwan has visited the school three times.
On December 7, 2015, Su Yankun, President of Kunshan University of Science and Technology, and his three members visited the school for exchanges. The two sides had in-depth exchanges and discussions on teacher-student exchanges, academic cooperation, joint construction of scientific research and collaborative innovation centers, and reached a consensus. This marks that on the basis of further deepening mutual understanding and consolidating the results of cooperation, the areas and levels of cooperation between the two sides are further expanded and deepening.
The breadth and depth of communication are constantly expanding and extending
From July 6 to 15, 2015, 16 students from Kunshan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan Central University, and Taiwan Jingyi University participated in the 8-day summer camp organized by the school.
"Spanning the Strait and Perceiving the Central Plains". Through a journey of visiting scenic spots and historical sites, searching for the Central Plains culture, and savoring the Central Plains culture, we will further enhance the national identity of young people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, and also realize the interaction between students in the two schools.
Taiwan Central University and Taiwan Jingyi University have successively conducted follow-up visits to the school. Taiwan Jingyi University selected Professors Cai Zhengxiu and Professor Chen Yongrui to the school for half a month to give lectures, realizing the interaction between teachers.

Hot to this point, Anyang Institute of Technology has successively signed memorandums of cooperation and teacher-student exchange agreements with seven universities, Kunshan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan Central University, Taiwan Chung Zheng University, Taiwan Chinese University, Taiwan Jingyi University, Taiwan South China University, and Taiwan Asian University, providing students with opportunities to study in Taiwan universities and laying the foundation for carrying out substantive cooperation. Cooperation and exchange with universities in Taiwan is a microcosm of the school's foreign cooperation and exchange process in recent years, and it is also a booster for schools to carry out cooperation and exchanges with foreign cooperation and exchanges.
While seeking and promoting cooperation with universities in Taiwan, the school is committed to seeking partners in Europe and the United States with developed vocational education, and has formed many groups to conduct academic exchanges and visits to friendly schools such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Italy.
In September 2015, in order to learn from the educational philosophy, talent training model and management experience of American engineering colleges, the school selected 19 people and under the leadership of the school leaders to relevant universities in Los Angeles and New York, USA, and conducted a 21-day special training on "Construction of Practical Teaching System of Engineering Colleges".
In the summer of 2015, four summer college students' overseas summer camps were successfully organized, including the Summer Camp of the University of Rosembea, the Summer Camp of the University of Tyside, the Summer Camp of the University of California, the Summer Camp of the East Bay, and the Summer Camp of the University of Northern Michigan, which has enabled everyone to renew their ideas and broaden their horizons. Up to now, Anyang Institute of Technology has established friendly cooperative relations with 19 universities including Swansea University, Teesside University, Rusembia University, Anhalt University of Applied Science and Technology, Odomin University, Northern Michigan University, and Delta State University in the United States, and 19 universities. In 2014, the undergraduate major of "Civil Engineering" was successfully recruited with the University of Tyside, UK. In April 2016, it signed a contract with Delta State University in the United States to cooperate with the undergraduate program of "Aviation Logistics Management".
Universities are learning-oriented and innovative organizations, and openness is the inherent meaning of universities. Open school management is not only an important feature of modern universities, but also an inevitable requirement and inevitable choice for the scientific development of modern universities.
