It is reported that the CBA regular season has 56 rounds and 560 games in the new season, setting a new record for the regular season games in the CBA league in a single season. The 20 participating teams were divided into two groups according to the final ranking of last season's serpentine arrangement, with 10 teams in each group (Bay 1 to be determined), four cycles within the group, and two cycles between different groups. Finally, the top 12 teams in the regular season advanced to the playoffs. According to the plan, the regular season will end in mid-May next year.
