However, during the investigation, some of the people involved were still lucky and tried to evade the attack. In order to thoroughly investigate the facts of illegal and criminal activities, the public security organs are now urging the members of the gang involved to recognize the situation, give up their luck, and voluntarily surrender. For those who surrender and report to meritorious service, the public security organs will submit a request to be lenient, relieved or exempt from criminal punishment in accordance with the law.
At the same time, I hope that victims or insiders who have been illegally infringed by the criminal gang, especially during the time when the suspect contracted the Dengbu to Maquan bus route, the owners of tricycles, motorcycle drivers and villagers along the route, as well as the Baita River along the river project, construction units and residents along the river that were illegally infringed by the suspect, actively provide relevant clues and evidence to the public security organs. If the clues are true, will give a cash reward of 1,000-50,000 yuan as required according to the circumstances. The public security organs will strictly keep the identity of the whistleblower and clues about the report.
