I remember that after I registered for admission in 1978, my classmates had not cleaned up yet, and I sent me a message asking me to hurry up and go to the office of the department branch. I was a little confused at once and couldn't guess how the General Branch found me. Curious and a little nervous. I quickly went up to the third floor of the Chinese Department and found the office of the department's general branch. After knocking on the door and responding, I went in uneasy to report my home. There are two teachers in the office, one man and one woman. The female teacher smiled at me and didn't say anything, while the male teacher looked at me up and down. Asked, are you Meng Baoqing? I said yes. He then asked, did you fill in the admission application form with basketball expertise? I thought about it and said yes. There is indeed a column on the table that says "What are the specialties?", so I filled in basketball because I have played basketball for several years, and I don't think this is a lie. Shouldn't it be filled in? The male teacher continued to say that he would go to the South Courtyard basketball court at 4 pm to play. ah? This is a test! Why is this happening? I quickly went back to the dormitory to find the sneakers and pressed the point to the South Courtyard Basketball Court. There was already a group of people on the court having fun. When the male teacher saw me coming, he paused the game and asked me to join the team and continued to play. The moment I was naturally competitive, and I was very excited. I first used a "mandarin duck kidnapping" and "used all my life skills." After one round, the male teacher smiled and it seemed that I had passed the assessment. This is the first lesson I saw when I arrived at school and taught. Later, I asked and found out that this male teacher was Chang Zhongzhe from the department branch office. Speaking of Teacher Chang, probably no student who loves basketball in school knows him. He is good at shooting with both hands, hitting the ball into the basket, and is sure to win. He is a veteran hardcore fan. During the years I was in school, although I couldn’t say that I had a deep personal relationship with Teacher Chang, I was indeed the teacher who dealt with the most. You also have to ask why - you always play basketball together! It’s a bit ashamed to say that I am not a good student who studies hard, so when the department discusses the candidates for staying on campus when I graduated, a teacher questioned, Meng Baoqing? Isn’t it the one who loves to play basketball? Very active, can he sit still and do research? Although I ended up staying at the school, it turns out that this teacher's eyes were as sharp as a wise man, and I really didn't sit still, let alone any knowledge.

People in the same dormitory not only pass the window together, but also the same room and bed together. As the old saying goes, you can get a boat trip in ten years, and you can get a pillow and sleep in a hundred years. According to this algorithm, we have practiced for at least eighty or ninety years before we have this fate.
Liu Shuxiang, Lu Xiaoguang The one who deserves to be an activist in the dormitory, and in Xiaoguang's own words it is a bit "noisy". Xiaoguang is the youngest and looks like a playful child. He was kind-hearted, quick-thinking, versatile, liked to talk and play, played table tennis, basketball, wrote calligraphy, and also had a relationship, chasing the intellectual and virtuous Zhao girl without delaying anything. He was the one who was the one who was the most unlike an official among the people in the same dormitory, but he didn't expect that he would eventually become the highest-level official among his classmates. Liu Shuxiang is very clever and quick-witted. Although sometimes he is straightforward, it is not disgusting because most of what he says is based on reason. He says "main" because he cannot ignore that he also has the ability to make a point, but he just doesn't need it easily. Later I heard that Shuxiang learned the law, which was very suitable for him. If someone is overconfident in debating with him in court, he will definitely be in a dilemma and can't get any advantage. It was because of them that our dormitory was laughing and happy. One morning when I woke up, Liu Shuxiang sat high on the bed and said sleepyly, "My quilt is a bit booming, it may rain today." Lu Xiaoguang immediately asked on the bed diagonally opposite, Shuxiang, what did you say just now, say it again. Liu Shuxiang was probably confused and didn't care, so he repeated it. There is noisy and quietness, which reflects the traditional Chinese way of harmony between yin and yang. Fan Binggang and Zhao Zhiming are too quiet, so quiet that it makes people feel distressed. They always go silently when they enter and exit the dormitory. They get up and leave when they come back when they go to bed, they look like passers-by who is staying around. They devoted their time and energy to their studies, and the tireless diligence and hard study are enviable and admirable. The two have a calm and down-to-earth personality. Although they are not the oldest, they have the spirit of loyal and honest elders, which naturally gives people a sense of intimacy. Fan Binggang, no, I should call Lao Fan according to the name I have been used to for many years. I completed the essay contest early and sent it to me. I admired him for his long-term work and his writing style is still so beautiful, and I am even more amazed at his outstanding memory. I know that what he remembers is not only the details of the past, but also the deep friendship between classmates and classmates for four years.
Old scholar Yang Baozhong buried in old papers all day long, and was very interested in the boring meanings of ancient Chinese. After decades of hard work, the iron rod has been ground into a needle. There is also the most legendary one in our dormitory - Zhang Lianhui. Speaking of Lian Hui, it is hard to describe it. Originally, Lian Hui gave this article privately to the teacher for advice, but unexpectedly, the teacher proposed this article during class, and the words were sarcastic. This made many students in the class disagree with the teacher's approach. Later, Lian Hui attracted the attention of classmates in other departments for his unique behavior. Some people in the Department of Philosophy called him "Arishiduo", while people in the Department of Economics called him "gymnastics oligarchs". But few people know Lian Hui's ups and downs. Once he told me about his story, and I didn't interrupt for three or four hours, and I listened to him alone. After listening to it, I felt really uncomfortable. I told Brother Lian Hui that you write down what you have experienced directly without fiction or embellishment. It is a masterpiece of critical realism . Lian Hui smiled bitterly and said nothing. I originally wanted to retell a paragraph or two for the students to feel it, but I felt it was inappropriate. After all, this involves personal and family privacy. Everyone knows what happened after graduation, and Lian Hui sets records in terms of speed of promotion and low downward. I feel sorry for Lian Hui. Because he is not only smart and studious, he is diligent in thinking, but also treats others sincerely and is a decent person. He is really a rare pure person. China does not lack shrewd people, but people like Lian Hui are lacking. I remember the generous speech of Al Pacino in the American movie " Smelling the Fragrance and Knowing Women": When I reach the intersection of life, I always know which path is right. Without exception, I know it, but I never go. Do you know why? Because it's too difficult! We all know that it is too difficult. But Lian Hui followed the path he thought was right. It would be difficult for him and he was even destined to be out of success. But I still admire him sincerely. The people often say that good people will not be rewarded. Why is this? I dare not ask too much, it seems immature; I dare not think too much, it is taboo if I think too much. Then "but I think it's so cool and autumn"!
First talk about roommates in the same room, naturally it is out of the private life of one's own sake. But there are more than 90 students in the class who have no stories. It is not an exaggeration to say that they are full of talents. The famous poets Tian Zhen and Guo Moqin admired by their classmates as soon as they entered the school. Tian Zhen also wrote a long poem to welcome the new year, which was recited by Zhang Yanbin. I vaguely remember that there is such a sentence in the poem. Today you walked into the university gate. Your son was jumping into the school with a small schoolbag cross-body and jumped into the school. It immediately made everyone laugh. What are also eye-catching are the squad leader Yuanjie who has served as branch secretary and principal, major reporters Du Yinghua and Gong Fazhong. Next, I gradually found that all the classmates in the class were not simple, especially those in rural areas who were not top students! Many people have worked as teachers, journalists, and correspondents, and even the teachers said that this class of students is difficult to teach.
Some students mentioned in their essay contest that there are several calligraphers in the class. That's right, this is probably unprecedented in previous Chinese language classes. I would like to add that in fact, the calligraphy of classmates in class is generally good. This has a direct relationship with the enrollment of Teacher Meng Lantian. There were too many candidates that year, so there was a lot of room for choice. Teacher Meng felt that since he was applying for the Chinese department, he should be good at picking up the handwriting. Therefore, all candidates who have shortlisted for Chinese exams will be reviewed, and candidates who have good grades and write good words will benefit from it. The reason why I remember this clearly is because I was stimulated. When I was in middle school, my classmates in my class asked me to write a word from time to time, and they practiced accordingly. But when I arrived in this class, my handwriting was completely out of reach and I couldn't make it.
I am the sports committee member in the class and pay special attention to students with outstanding sports. I don’t know one day I suddenly found a guy who played basketball well. I was wondering, why didn’t this person be discovered by Teacher Chang? It turns out that he is the master of "going away after the matter, and hiding his merits and fame" and he has not been revealed at all. However, not long after, Liu Jie couldn't hide it in his pocket. After coming out, he led the basketball team to win the school basketball league championship and became the main striker of the school basketball team.
That year, the classmates in the class rehearsed the People's Art Theater drama " Danxin Score " under the leadership of Teacher Tong Dezhen. After reading the students' essays, I realized that so many students have suffered so much, and at the same time, I also understood why they have achieved such great success. This is really a special class of students and a rare talent. We are lucky to catch up with a good era.
