2. Citizens should strengthen their awareness of epidemic prevention and control when traveling, strengthen personal protection, and do not go to or pass through areas where local epidemics occur. If a person with a travel history in a community, hotel, or unit finds that a person with a travel history in a risky area enters, they should report to the competent department as soon as possible.
3. Please firmly establish the awareness of "everyone is the first person in charge of his health", implement the code to show the code, take temperature, wear a mask, hand hygiene and maintain a safe distance, etc., and do a good job in health monitoring. If you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, loss of smell (taste), diarrhea, etc., please do not take medicine by yourself. Personnel Epidemic Prevention and Control Policy for Outbound (Return) Chengdu personnel
On the basis of continuing to implement management measures for people with travel history in medium and high-risk areas, the screening and control of people coming to (Return) Sichuan from other provinces is carried out at the following levels.
1. For those who have a history of Tibet Autonomous Region in the past 7 days, the relevant requirements are: those who have a history of traveling in medium and high-risk areas within the past 7 days, they will be temporarily suspended from entering Sichuan; those who have a history of traveling in low-risk areas within the past 7 days must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate for (one time a day) within 72 hours before leave Tibet; those who have no history of traveling in high, medium and low-risk areas within the past 7 days must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate for (one time a day) within 248 hours. All localities must strictly implement the "first-stop responsibility system" of . From the day of arrival in Sichuan, the entire closed-loop transport of to the centralized isolation point will be implemented, and will be centralized isolation will be carried out on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th days of nucleic acid testing. 2. For those who have a Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region travel history within the past 7 days, the relevant requirements are: who have a hiring history in the place of the epidemic (county, city, district) in the past 7 days, they will be temporarily suspended from entering Sichuan; who have no hiring history in the place of the epidemic (county, city, district) in the past 7 days, they must hold twice within 248 hours (once a day, the last nucleic acid sampling is within 24 hours before leaving Xinjiang), nucleic acid test + antigen test negative at and the transportation station (highway checkpoint) from Xinjiang. All localities must strictly implement the "first-stop responsibility system" of . From the day of arrival in Sichuan, the entire closed-loop transport of to the centralized isolation point will be implemented, and 7 days of centralized isolation will be implemented. Nucleic acid testing will be conducted on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th day. The nucleic acid test will be released only after the negative nucleic acid test certificate is issued on the 7th day.
3. For those who have , Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province, , Yushu Prefecture, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, , and Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, will be 27 days from the day of arrival in Sichuan. All localities must strictly implement the "first-site responsibility system" of , and when arriving in Sichuan, is transported to the centralized isolation point.
4. For those who come to Sichuan who have a history of traveling in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Ordos City, , Chifeng City, , Hulunbuir City, , Gansu Province, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, , , , , , , from the day of arrival in Sichuan, (if the conditions for home isolation are not met, or if the same person does not accept the joint implementation of home isolation control, 5 days of centralized isolation will be implemented). 5. After the first negative nucleic acid test certificate for is issued, they can travel in an orderly manner, but they are not allowed to go to key public places where people gather and space is closed, so as to avoid participating in gathering activities.
3. For municipal (prefecture) personnel in medium and high-risk areas of , must be moved across cities (prefectures), they should hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate for in (the time of issuance of the report shall prevail).
If you have a history of traveling abroad within the past 7 days, please conduct nucleic acid tests once a day within 3 days from the date of your arrival in Chengdu to conduct personal health monitoring.
